The accommodation was okay, but my experience could have been better.
When I arrived, I was told my room was ready, but as I was being led there, housekeeping was still cleaning it. They ended up giving me a different room and tried to convince me that the view was the same—which it clearly wasn’t. I didn’t make a big deal out of it at first, but things went downhill when I ordered room service at 19:35 along with a massage.
I received the bottle of water I requested, but my food never came nor did the massage which they falsely changed on the system to “received”. When I followed up, I was told the kitchen stops taking orders at 20:30. I pointed out that the app would show I had placed my order well before then, but instead of explaining what went wrong, the receptionist just stood there while someone next to her told her to blame it on a “faulty app.” No real accountability, no solution—I was left to figure it out myself. I received no explanation for the massage.
I would give feedback on the restaurant service but the delay exhausted me.
The food is good though I will say that.
For a place that looks promising, the service definitely needs improvement.
