Rummet er mellemstort. Men alt er allerede gammelt. Bruseren sprøjter i alle retninger. Morgenmad og lobby er udendørs. Det er varmt at spise morgenmad. Klimaanlæggene på værelset er gamle og blæser på sengen. Om morgenen vågner du op med en forkølelse.

1. Der er ingen kommercielle faciliteter omkring hotellet, og det er stadig fem eller seks kilometer væk fra Frog Night Market; 2. Dette hotel er for det meste bragt hertil af rejsegrupper, så der er mange busser parkeret ved døren klokken et eller to om morgenen, hvilket er meget støjende; 3. Dette hotel deler kinesere og europæere op i forskellige områder. Alle europæere og amerikanere bliver inde, mens alle kinesere bliver på gaden. Derfor er det meget støjende om natten. 4. Dette hotel har kun et lyspunkt, balkonen er direkte forbundet med swimmingpoolen, så du kan selv bestemme. Jeg valgte dette hotel, fordi det ligger tæt på Royal Docks, men jeg fortryder det stadig. 5. Hygiejne: Værelset var stadig ved at blive rengjort efter vi tjekkede ind, og sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet. Vi brugte engangslagner.

Good hotel, nice staff, nice pool, from the minuses only - far from the city centre, and can be noisy when a motorbike passes by.

Coming to the end of our trip I have realised that the East side of Phuket Island is not the place to be. It doesn’t really cater for the tourist. It is just a normal dirty, broken pavements city region with hotels scattered about. This hotel is away from all touristy things including a beach. It is just off the very busy 402 road. 402 is the main N-S road. Hotel pictures make it look nicer than it is. The thing that dissspointed us was the doors being open in restaurant, letting sparrows in.(they flew onto uncovered food). The staff seemed unfazed by it. Hotel was well priced for what it is and ok for a night (or two). Reception staff very friendly and helpful Would not use again..

Check in is smooth, we arrived late night... it is our preferred accommodation when visiting the school nearby. Staff are nice and helpful.

Good be better .... Your morning breakfast could be better ..I see the table and chairs frequently visit by the birds there ..not that I am against of animals but hygiene wise . Overall the hotel ain't that bad ....

Really really good place and good service but far from the city center

We requested a quiet room and we got it. Thank you for that perfect service and the early checkin. The swimming pool was very nice and you have access from any room. The water is very warm and comfortable. The room, bed and shower cabin was very clean and everything was working. AC is quiet also and the air direction to the room not to the bed. The breakfast was better than other hotels. Additionally had cold Matcha Tea, Thai Tea and Cold Milk Coffee. The breakfast area was outside with some air from swimming pool and a nice view to the lake nearby. We enjoyed unfortunately only one night because other days were fully booked. I love this hotel, old school feeling with the room especially with the toilet aesthetics, and the pool access facing the sunset and having natural wind flowing thru...perfect! The only thing is that the passage way is open and when you have ppl staying there and they come back late at night drunk, you can hear them talking loudly as they walk hahahah but I guess it happened only during my stay though... Nevertheless, I would gladly stay here again...Thank you!

Nice place nice staff

A bit disappointing, it says in the trip.com site that extra bed is free of charge for children 9 yrs below but still got charge by the hotel. Before arrival, I have rang the hotel and ask for the child policy and was advised that it is free of charge as well. When I arrived at the hotel, the same person who spoke to me over the phone was the one who ask for extra charge. Its not about the money, its about what is advertise in the site. It this has been explain carefully, this isn't make any issue.
