Communication Difficulties: • I attempted to call the hotel using the number listed on the website, but the number was no longer in service. Additionally, messages sent via the LINE app were not responded to. • After speaking with staff in the lobby, I was informed that the phone number on the website is outdated. This makes it extremely difficult for guests to reach you for assistance. 5. DND Violation and Late Checkout Experience: • I placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. Despite this, a staff member knocked on my door shortly before the checkout time, which felt intrusive. • Given the lack of hot water and clean towels, I was unable to shower properly before checkout. I attempted to request a brief late checkout to resolve this, but communication difficulties made this impossible. I hope the following steps are taken to address these issues: • Immediate updates to the contact information on your website and communication channels. • Improved cleanliness in all public areas and guest rooms. • Enhanced breakfast offerings and the presence of staff to assist guests. • Repairs to room amenities such as hot water systems and telecommunication equipment. • Proper training for staff on respecting the DND sign and improved handling of guest concerns. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Pros: large room, decent bed, balcony, large fridge, breakfast is limited, but fine if you like Chinese food, however; some scrambled eggs and bacon would be nice. Nice views. The price. Cons: balcony door did not lock and this made me a bit uncomfortable. I also had to shower in a different room cause my hot water was broken. The WiFi was not great. Not a convenient walk to the shop. No microwave or table and chairs in the room. Also limited lounge chairs by the pool.

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great villa with everything you could need. The staff at kana was very helpful we were able to communicate with Google translate because they mostly spoke Chinese. I absolutely would stay at this property again!

Terrible! Room had no view, the villas were blocking the view. The wallpaper was falling off in the elevator and when I entered the fumigators were just leaving and the smell was awful. I forfeited the cost is my room and moved to a different hotel!

Decent enough hotel. Room fairly spacious for a family of 4. Basic room, shower had no curtain! Internet not great. Pool was ok and clean but only 6 sun loungers. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Location right on main road but fine with a bike and close to main front in Rawai with lots of bars and restaurants. Taxis also come quickly here. Overall a pleasant stay

The hotel is located in Lavai Beach with warm service.The pool is clean.

You can walk to the seafood market, which is close to the beach.
