Only if you have a low budget it is good for you. Near to the mall and walkable to the beach. But honestly bed sheets was dirty and smells like a armpit odor. Also they change the sheets once in 3nights. Provide the bath towel only, and smells cigarettes even i asked the new ones, same. Stairs to the 5th floor was hard and you have to carry your suitcases by your self. Poor amenities only soap and shampoo. No hairdryer. Hall is always smells like a toilet. Owner lady and cleaning girl was friendly.

There is no hair dryer in the room. And very uncomfortable stairs. It was hard to bring the luggage to the 5th floor and hard to bring it down. Also you plan your day not to come back to the room too often because of those stairs 🤣 7/11 is on the corner , bit need to cross the road. It's bot super loud from the road even my balcony was facing the main road. If it's a room for 2 why, don't you bring 2 similar plastic chairs to the balcony?))) After all for this price it was okay. If price would be higher, I wouldn't stay without an elevator, a hairdryer, and a pool, and there is a reconstruction next door, all the building being under renovation , so it's very noisy all day long.

It’s a dumpy by the night or week Patong hotel room. Exactly that. By that measure, it’s perfect. My one star review is actually aimed at trip.com. I ordered, and paid for a balcony room. No balcony rooms available at check in. Ok. The Myanmar girls who spoke 5 words of English were of no help, and weee quite incapable of understanding the issue. Trip, for their customer service provided a text chat bot. It makes lots of suggestions of the possible ways in which you are misunderstanding what you booked, but no human ever responds, and it’s pretty much “ take whatever you get and be happy and pay up “ customer service. I won’t be back

Amazing service. Very professional. I think it's worth at least 3 star since it's more like a hotel. Washing service was perfect and they have motorbikes in a very good state.

We spent some good days in the hotel. The one little thing that we didn't like are construction works right in front of our window, in the next hotel. But it's temporary trouble.

Моя комната находилась в другом здании, но персонал помог на машине довезти меня и мои вещи, потому что был сильный дождь. Спасибо за хороший сервис. Дали на выбор 2 комнаты, что очень порадовало. Но будьте готовы, об этом уже писали отзывы другие люди. Это обычные апартаменты, а не люксовые. Меня все устроило за эти деньги.

Хороший персонал. Номер в нам был на 5-м этаже с видом на проезжую часть. Шумно. Самое большое неудобство - это стройка за стенкой. В номере есть вода и чайник, холодильник.

Отель не соответствует заявленной категории. Старая мебель, дверь на балкон не закрывалась, потому что сломан замок. Труба в душевой отпала от стены. Уборка была каждый день, замена полотенец и питьевая вода каждый день. Полотенца серого цвета. По всему номеру бегают мелкие муравьи.
