It is very quiet, you have all basics Very uncomfortable and far from the centre

Pathetic... There is hardly anything that can be appreciated. Poorly maintained property, inadequate housekeeping, choked bathroom with stinking smell, over & above the attitude of the hotel in charge. I mean how can be so rude to their customers in hospitality industry! You have to take stairs to reach out your floor. If you have any issues, you'll have to get down to tell him (there is no phone) and not necessary that you find him there. Overall, never ever recommending this hotel to anyone...

It is very difficult even for motorbike taxi driver to find the hotel, not mention the foreign tourists. In my opinion, the good thing about the hotel is there is no unnecessary mirror inside the room,except bathroom

Perfect place for an affordable stay in Phuket. Seems like new management is operating and but renovations done in the last year. All new decor and appliances from AC, Shower, TV etc. Basic room service every day. 10 min walk to the beach

The location is good, 10min from the beach, the owner is nice

Such a nice and cozy place, avoiding the noise of the traffic but very closed to all the facilities and just 5 minutes driving from Patong beach.

Great short or long term spot. A few roads away from the loud tourist area. Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, This place is fantastic. I have traveled all over Thailand and this is a great hotel/guest house establishment.

A decent place for stay. The beach is roughly 10 min walking distance. It is also fairly close to popular restaurants, and the bangla night market. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the fifth floor so the stairs were a bit tiring but the mountain view rooms were amazing.

The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room, though modest, was impeccably clean and surprisingly cozy. the hotel's central location was a definite plus for exploring nearby attractions. It's a wonderful option for those seeking a budget-friendly stay with a touch of comfort and friendly service.

Super friendly and very very helpful staff. Room was very cheap also very nice and very clean with a beautiful view. Away from all the noise yet only a 2 min walk from otop plaza. Ill definitely be staying here again.
