sevice is not good at all

It gives what you pay for. Also very friendly and helpful staff.

Clean room, but was nose of cigarettes and sewerage.

I couldn’t get it in on arrival and struggled to contact. Stated it was a 24 hour reception. Someone did come and clean my room but no fresh bedding even with the sign and on the door. The staff were helpful and pleasant and there were a few cooking amenities. Quiet area, away from the main strip. Replenished water everyday.

The location is close to the beach, the staff is friendly, and the room is quite cheap but yet clean

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Lanting House. The great thing that we liked about it was that it is exceptionally quiet and staff friendly. It is in an area we like with lots of cheap restaurants. Good size room with comfortable bed, quiet ac. The bathroom could benefit from having the walls bleached as mould has started growing otherwise great value for money.

Great place to stay. Just that there is no parking space at the front of hotel. have to goto other street to park my car. Overall very happy with the stay . The aircond is superb.

A quiet place to rest. Easy to get to attraction points. Many food corners. Friendly staff.

Good Servcie and neat, near street foods and night market, and Patong Beach. our room it’s nice and very comfortable space

I enjoyed my stay there very much. The boss dog is very sweet. It is close to everywhere by walking.

My stay was only 1night and overall was pretty nice. They were very nice and let me check-in around 3Am in the morning

It is very quiet, you have all basics Very uncomfortable and far from the centre

Pathetic... There is hardly anything that can be appreciated. Poorly maintained property, inadequate housekeeping, choked bathroom with stinking smell, over & above the attitude of the hotel in charge. I mean how can be so rude to their customers in hospitality industry! You have to take stairs to reach out your floor. If you have any issues, you'll have to get down to tell him (there is no phone) and not necessary that you find him there. Overall, never ever recommending this hotel to anyone...

It is very difficult even for motorbike taxi driver to find the hotel, not mention the foreign tourists. In my opinion, the good thing about the hotel is there is no unnecessary mirror inside the room,except bathroom
