We are happy to receive your appreciation on the size of our rooms and it is great to know that your overall experience with us was pleasant. However, our heartfelt apology on some inconveniences that you had encountered during your time of stay and also for not meeting your expectation on the design of our entrance and lobby. For the bathtub overflow drain in the bathroom of the room that you had stayed, rest assured that this has been fixed and we had taken immediate actions to ensure this will not happen again to any of our rooms. For the room lightning, it is a bit dim as we use warm light bulbs for most of our rooms. But we already started changing the light bulb of some of our rooms to that of the brighter one and our guests can inform our team at the reception or housekeeping to change the light bulb in their room if they found it a bit dim or not bright. As for the design of the entrance and lobby, our hotel management are making the assessment and will implement improvement on it.
