It's a nice hotel with a nice welcome drink and a cool towel. I hope to have a bigger portion of welcome drinks and give goodbye drinks as well. I prefer a hot towel than a cool towel during the check-in. My room has a good view of the fireworks, nice!!!

Waitress Yan, made a delicious Vietnamese coffee for the breakfast at the Merchant restaurant.

Arrived at the hotel at 12:10 PM but was only able to check in around 12:45 PM. Spent a long time waiting in the lobby without any welcome drinks or hot towels, unlike other guests. The check-in process could definitely be faster, especially for families with kids—imagine the chaos while waiting! Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Everything is beautiful at this hotel. We just relaxed and enjoyed the luxury. It was amazing to be able to see the fireworks every night from any of the guest rooms!

Excellent location as it situates at the sunset town, very close to the Cable Car station, Kiss of the Bridge and the Night Show Kiss of the Sea. It’s very convenient. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel gets super busy! Our check in was 3hrs late, 6pm by the time we got a clean room. They were super busy so I’m staff were not as attentive to small details and cleanliness as they usually would have been. Overall a lovely stay, most staff are very lovely and helpful, duty manager did a great job attending to our issues. Would be a lovely stay in future once Sunset Town gets more lively and is less vacant

Very beautiful new hotel in Sunset Town. The room is still in new condition, clean, spacious, big tv with clear reception, individual shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in refillable bottles, US/UK power points at both bedside tables and even have 2 power points near the basin. Shower water pressure is reasonably strong. Most importantly the balcony view is very pretty as you can see the sea and the kiss bridge. Do note that the room door is heavy for big guy like me. Also, the breakfast is located in another building with short walking distance. The beakfast is pretty delicious though varieties are not the most i have before. Nevertheless, the pool view beside the restaurant is spectacular. Location is excellent as it is walking distance to the kissing bridge, cable car, kiss of the sea show, sunset town night market. Overall, highly recommended to stay 2 days here if you plan to stay in Sunset Town.

Clean and Prestigious Hotel. Located nearby night market and several restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip to phu quốc.

Good and clean hotel. Staff is helpful. Very beautiful swimming pool.

New and unique furniture and architecture. Like going to Capri.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff are excellent professionals in their field. A luxury hotel with a beautiful location. A lot of choices of breakfasts. Hotel is so clean, and new. Wonderful pool. I've been to several hotels in PhuQuoc island. And this is the best hotel. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful place
