Absolutely fantastic stay at Movenpick, truly 6 star service from beginning to end. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in until the moment we sadly had too leave. The room was awesome, the buffet breakfast an incredible spread and I have no doubt that we will be back again. Thank you to the extremely efficient and friendly staff for a WOW stay!!

It was really clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. The swimming pool and the beach were truly beautiful. The service and interaction were great. I was very satisfied. The only challenging thing was waiting for the buggy car to go to the main gate.

We had late flight arriving in Phu Quoc and decided to stay at fairly priced hotel for the night as a general sleep-over and then move onto the next hotel the day after. But we really enjoyed the room (sea view), friendly staff, very nice lively pool with pool bar, clean beach, great breakfast and playground for kids etc. We kind of wished that we could have stayed for few extra days and enjoy the facilities especially the pool and the beach etc. We would highly recommend the hotel as its away from the bustling downtown and a great place to relax and enjoy.

I had a high fever, chills, vomiting and food poisoning from the oysters I ate at the night market, but I managed to escape with the help of a nurse who was stationed at the hotel and prescribed me medicine. I was very anxious when I experienced food poisoning for the first time in a foreign country while travelling, but I am very grateful that I was able to use the translation app to have a conversation with the nurse and receive proper medical attention. I was able to return home safely today. The rooms and the hotel were always cleaned by the staff and the hotel was always clean. Unfortunately, the Chinese family littered the corridor with rubbish and made a mess, so please behave with good manners.

Amazing hotel with beautiful pool, pool bar and beach. Great for families and couples alike, please note there is not too much to do on the island, but that is fine when the hotel is so lovely. I would highly recommend for a resort style holiday

The resort has a very large pool and a private beach, both very nice. However, it takes sometime to look for a free sun lounger. The wide selection of the buffet breakfast is definitely a plus. The room was in good condition, except there is serious leaking from the shower. The bathroom floor was half wet after shower.

The hotel does not reach 5 stars. Good breakfasts, but there is a queue at the restaurant. Excellent beach, but you need to take sunbeds at 8 am. Spacious pool, but sand at the bottom. Free transfer to the airport, but once every 2 hours, had to go by taxi.

Our room was a corner unit with beautiful views of sunrise and the sea. Requested for a special deco in my room to surprise my spouse on our anniversary. Was presented with a heart shape chocolate cake in our room’s mini fridge. and a note wishing us Happy Anniversary. ❤️

The staff are polite and nice. Pool and beach is easily accessible and awesome. The buffet breakfast was top notch, so many choices. The food on the menu were really good too! enjoyed our stay with my family.

The experience started off not very well - we requested to take the hotel shuttle bus from the airport and gotten a confirmation on Trip.com of this request. However, when we arrived at the airport, we could not find anyone or the bus. In the end, we booked a grab to send us to the hotel. I booked a room with sea view, but the room given was with partial sea view only. The room is quite dusty as I always sneeze when I'm inside the room. The bed linen and bath towels have stains. I requested to change the bed linen on Day 2, but the housekeeper did not change, still insisted that he/she had changed them. The good things about this hotel are: - you can see very beautiful sunset from the beach - they provide buggy service to the main road - they have free chocolate buffet every afternoon
