The bed sheet and pillows are the most horrible. The bed sheet is dirty I feel like there is sand on it, while the pillows are smelly. I asked the house keeping to change the both but apparently they just tidied them up coz the pillows still have the same awful smell. As for the facilities in the room, I see mold and broken edges in the shower, the sink and the closet. The bottles for shower gel is broken. The conditioner is not conditioning my hair at all. The breakfast has many choices but most of them tastes awful. My husband and I were sick. I threw up and my husband got diarrhea. We asked for some pills in 3am and the front desk asked us to wait until 830am before a nurse could give us pills. The overall experience in Pullman is so bad that I had to leave a review.

The experience was wonderful overall. I reserved a balcony room with a sea view, offering a stunning vista where you could watch fireworks from the room—quite romantic. The staff was accommodating, but the downside was the abundance of mosquitoes; I even got bitten while sleeping

I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman. It was nice and close to Sonasea market. Hotel offered free shuttle bus from and to airport. Made our stay very convenient. They also offered shuttle bus to night market. Overall most of the landmarks are near by car. Don’t have anything around the hotel, but can enjoy all the facilities offered in hotel. Their outdoor pool is nice and big. The beach is also nice easily accessible. Their breakfast was wonderful. Many varieties and a staff cuts fresh mangoes for you. Nic and sweet! Overall a terrific hotel. I will definitely come again.

Their famous mango bingsu turned out it is not a must try. Shaved milk ice was too sweet and sticky (I guess it is made out of condensed milk which I don’t like personally) fresh mango in the market is the best in Phu quoc. You can buy more than 5kg mangos for 1 bingu price. breakfast quality is slightly better than local hotel but it doesn’t meet international hotel standard. bread section was okay but they need to work on the menu for vegetarian, especially at the main meal like rice noodle. This time I stayed 3 different hotels, generally I prefer more eco friendly resort like ocean bay. If I stay at the global franchise brand hotel, the Regent will be my choice.

This was the best hotel in Phu Quoc I've stayed. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free. I will visit again :)

Everything about this hotel is superb. Great beach, lots of sun loungers, enough for everyone. Loved the breakfasts, especially the ice cream and donut station. Big rooms. It was also my husband's birthday, they brought us a cake.

It was a really great experience. Everything is perfectly clean and the breakfast is fabulous! Clean beach and not so many people so towels and places to relax are always available. Great service!

While our experience was fantastic, there is a little room for improvement in the hotel conditions. A few areas could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience, but this did not significantly detract from our enjoyment. Overall, I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel for families looking for a relaxing getaway in Phu Quoc. With great food, attentive service, and family-friendly amenities, it’s a wonderful choice for creating lasting memories!

Excellent service, wide and quality breakfast, very clean. Worth for money. Don't understand why the people lower the rate.

Great hotel with good location

It was great to make good memories with my family. We had a week, and the kids loved the pool so much that they swam every day for a whole week. You especially have to try the mango bingsu!! It's the best!!

The hotel interior is amazing, just a little far and isolation location. The check in and check out take quite some time, but overall is good. There are some shuttle bus tours to Duong Dong downtown and Sonata night market, but a little tricky as just a few and overlap schedules. But we love the ride as the driver really accurately punctual, no waiting for the late, that's great.

The rooms were very spacious and the property was well maintained. Pool was perfect for young children. However, I think the wiring in our rooms were suspect. The TV and fans turned on multiple times at night. Afraid I did not have a good night’s sleep during the stay.

Overall a nice family resort. Though due to amount of guests checking in and ordering food/drinks from pool side service, wait time is a bit long.
