Everything was amazing. The service, especially Tristan (reception), Thai & Hai (restaurant), the cleaning team, the buggy drivers, the nurse... everyone in the staff! They treated us so nicely, and the hotel itself is an absolute dream! The bedrooms are super clean, the house is huge, and it was super cool to have our own swimming pool! I had the best experience ever in this hotel, and we are willing to come back one day! Additionally, the 15,000 Steps🚶♀️ Reward Program was super creative, and you should consider running🏃♂️ inside the hotel to get 500,000 💰 VND reward at the same time as you get healthy! 😁👍 I highly recommend it! --Manu😄

Stunning ocean view but staff service and efficiency to be improved The room upgrade to the Eden Retreat Pool Villa with a magnificent ocean view was excellent; it has one of the best views at the resort. The staff are nice and friendly. However, their efficiency was very low. I sent an email to book activities, but they missed it. I also reminded them 3 times about the scanned tickets for entrance to the "Kiss of Bridge" and "Kiss of Sea" show at check-in, but they ultimately failed to scan them, resulting in no record when I arrived at the entrance. Additionally, they informed me that they had booked the missed resort activities when I checked in, but when we attended, there was no booking record. Furthermore, the buggy waiting time was too long, especially during peak hours, approx. 20mins, which affected our travel schedule. Lastly, our luggage took over 40mins to arrive at the lobby when we reached the reception to check out. The staff informed me that the luggage was still on the way, which seemed impossible. They were unaware of the luggage's arrival at the main lobby until I insisted that it was unacceptable, as we were rushing to the airport. The quality of staff service and efficiency requires significant improvement.

Very Good service, we did enjoy a great day in resort. We joined 4 activities 1 day in advance and all are fantastic. All staff are very helpful, you are easy to go anywhere by buggy and just wait for few minutes each time.

We went there already a second time and we were not disappointed. A nice resort with 2 beaches and all facilities for a joyful family holiday.

The resort is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed. The vila is spacious with breathtaking scenery.

Outdoor stairs with lots of moss, must be caution when walking down from Villa stairs to swimming pool. One of our family member fell down from the stairs. Toilet cabinet door swing when we placed back the dryer, and the door fell on our foot. Food quality great. Customer service were helpful. Location is far from central, not easy to call grab.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The villa was spacious and perfect for a family trip — clean and set in a beautiful environment. However, there are a few things to note: If you’re afraid of bugs, this may not be the best choice. We encountered quite a few bugs inside the villa, and I even stepped on millipedes twice during our 4-night stay. Unfortunately, while housekeeping tidied the room and changed towels, they didn’t clean the blood stains left behind. The water pressure was quite weak throughout the stay. Breakfast was great, with a good variety. But I did notice some hygiene issues — for example, a few guests picked bread with their hands instead of using the tongs provided, and there was no staff around to remind or guide them. Front desk service needs improvement. When we bought cable car tickets through the hotel, they had to take photos for the entrance process. However, the staff member didn’t give any signal or communication when the photo was taken, which caused confusion. During checkout, it was raining. We had one suitcase, one hand-carry bag, and a plastic shopping bag. The staff placed our hand-carry bag directly on the wet ground, making the bottom dirty, while they put the plastic shopping bag on top of the suitcase — this seemed careless. They also asked what our plans were after checkout (our flight was at night), and we mentioned we might try the hotel spa. But instead of assisting, the staff just told us we had already paid and could go pay directly at the spa. They didn’t give us any further information — no directions, opening hours, or what services were available. It gave us the impression that once you’ve checked out, they’re no longer interested in helping. Tips for future guests: • Bring extra swimsuits if you plan to swim multiple days. There’s no dryer or drying rack unless you pay for laundry, and sudden rain is common. • The hotel offers some activities like kayaking and yoga, but these are often fully booked, so try to reserve early.

Great villa, nice resort in a natural environnement. Staff is smiling and helpful. Breakfast has everything. It is nice to have the private pool which is big enough.

Free upgrade and the hotel is super clean and staff are super friendly

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Villa, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff members who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The villa itself was a dream. It featured a private pool that was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The view from the villa was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that made every moment feel like a postcard. Even though it was hot outside, the air conditioning inside was more than adequate, ensuring a comfortable escape from the heat. One highlight of my stay was the smoothie at the juice bar—it was absolutely delicious! Fresh and flavorful, it was the perfect treat to cool down after a day of lounging by the pool. The beach near the Juice Bar was amazing and surprisingly not crowded, allowing for a serene and peaceful experience by the water. Getting around the property was a breeze thanks to the convenient buggy service. It made accessing different amenities quick and easy, allowing me to fully enjoy my time without any hassle. Overall, my stay at the Ocean Villa was nothing short of perfect. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and comfort made it an ideal getaway. I can't wait to return!

Two times power cut, was pretty scary as one time was at the night. But they fixed it quickly. Other than that, good service from the staff and manager!

I was so satisfied with this trip! The accommodations were beautiful and the staff were so friendly! I could feel their sincerity! The facilities were also great! The beach was amazing! I've been to Phu Quoc often! This trip was the best! Thank you to Manager Hannah and General Manager Nicholas! See you again soon.

Beautiful location, with sandy beaches on both sides, shallow sea perfect for young kids. Swimmingpool can be improved, doesn’t really invite you to enter, and there are many relatively small pools not really connected, so to move from one to another you need to go out, do stairs, etc… Restaurants are good, from breakfast to dinner, and the different bars offer variety of juices, smoothies, well done. Service is good in general, everybody kind and helpful. Buggy service could/should be faster and more precise: sometimes they told us to go out that the buggy would come in 3 minutes, and we had to wait like 15. All in all, a very nice resort and an experience worth repeating!
