Overall a good hotel for family vacation . Lots of children activities. Staffs are friendly . Beautiful sunset view from the Beach. Recommended!

Absolutely amazing hotel for families. The rooms are big and spacious, including a living room, kitchen and washing machine. Hotel breakfast is diverse and they have a kids room (no staff) to entertain the kids while adults are eating. Pools are gorgeous and they have lots of activities for kids and adults. Service is above and beyond with a smile. Bar on the 19th floor is superb.

Crowded breakfast buffet during CNY and it’s annoying with flies flying around the food all the time. There were only a few SUP boards and sometimes I had to wait for one. Some bikes were in bad conditions like flat tires or rusted wheels. Extremely limited choices for in room dining! Staff were generally helpful except one guy in the reception to whom I asked for the key to to the arrival and departure Lounge but he gave me an invalid one!

Perfect stay for a holiday. Even during high season enough seat at the pool and beach!

Absolutely fabulous service. All facilities were cleaned and well managed.

Very good breakfast although it was very crowded due to holiday season.   Hard to find an empty chair at pool but overall is good place to stay.

Best hotel stayed in Phu Quoc! Room was super spacious with great view! There are a few restaurants around the resort - Sea Shack, Lava (Steak), Main Breakfast Room etc. The main dining area was very busy upon my visit for breakfast at 0800hrs and was directed to Sea Shack, love the view and chill vibe in this restaurant instead so it wasn’t an issue for me. Service was excellence, the team had your contact number for constant communication, and instant reply if you needed any help at all. The resort is not accessible to any shops nearby and all dining will be within the resort only. Love the exclusive private beach area!

It was a great experience. If have a chance to visit here, I also choose this hotel again.

The service at the rooftop bar was bad! We were 1st group customer and we wanted to have some time to think what we wanted to drink - the lady waiter came to take order and we mentioned just a while. She rudely said order fast or else you have to wait long when customers arrive. Pouring beers / drinks need a long wait ?

The hotel was really crowded and seem to have not enough manpower. Wait time for check in and out was long. For breakfast, nobody was at the entrance to bring me to a table. I had to approach a waitering staff to get a seat. Tried to book for a programme out of so many programmes they provided and it was all fully booked for the ones I wanted to go for unfortunately. However, they provided wonderful chauffeuring service which was extended by the staffs and when I fell sick, there was medical service in house which helped me a lot. Special thanks to the staffs who assisted me during the time. Facilities and views amazing. 

Very nice beach, pool and service. The breakfast was very good but a bit crowded and sometimes during peak time can be a little chaotic. Overall it is a very very large resort with many residents and families. Do expect a lot of people staying.

We liked this hotel. Stylish rooms, interesting bathroom design, excellent breakfast. But I was not congratulated on my birthday, usually in hotels there is at least a minimal congratulation. This is not very pleasant.

I stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort from February 21 to February 22, 2025. My friend and I booked our accommodation through 「Trip.Com」, and the room rental was paid in full online. During my stay, I paid cash for two food and beverage fees, and I was informed that the deposit (i.e., VND2,000,000) from my credit card had been voided upon check-out, and I have retained the void receipt. However, upon reviewing my credit card account on March 6, 2025, I discovered an abnormal transaction of VND7,017,402.00, processed on February 22, 2025. This charge was collected by InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, despite my understanding that all fees had been settled in cash at the time of check-out and the credit card deposit was cancelled at that time. I am baffled as to why the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort would manually process a charge against my credit card without my consent. If my credit card information was misappropriated during my stay. I initially reached out to the resort via WhatsApp and email, only to receive an unsatisfactory response stating that the charge was due to a system processing issue related to my deposit. However, this explanation does not clarify why an amount of VND7,017,402 was charged when I had only authorized a deposit of VND2,000,000. The lack of transparency and clarity in InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort’s response is unacceptable. For an internationally renowned premier hotel brand, your staff’s handling and response to breach of client’s confidential information and misappropriation of client’s money is truly worrying.

This resort is fantastic! Very good services and food. I was sick in midnight on my last night staying here and the staff help me so much even in mid-night!
