The location is the best. The room was very dusty, not cleaned properly, and the bathtub lid was stuck. Breakfast is delicious. I also liked the pool very much, very comfortable.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. and this cup of coffee has been left here for 3 days and no one has cleaned it, the sheets and pillows have not been changed, the toilet paper is gone and not replenished, the staff who cook breakfast at the restaurant have a bad service attitude, showing attitude when customers come to get food, I came here to relax and I used money to buy your attitude and service, I did not come here to beg

Service needs to be improved. Being a chain hotel faster & much better service is expected. Location is good. Vegan food options need to be available.

Breakfast was amazing. The private beach is really nice and clean. The only downside is there is not much to do oitside the resort, but as a resort it's really good.

Did like the location, very convenient to go to safari and vinwonders. Some of the staff at the reception was a bit rude. Breakfast was good but The choices were a bit limited so it gets boring after few days. First 3 days the cleaning in the room was perfect but after that they started doing it just to get buy. Overall liked the experience. Near by grand world is nice.

Stayed in Building B, Deluxe Suite Ocean View, 3rd floor. The room was indeed beautiful and comfortable, but starting from 9 or 10 AM, extremely loud music with heavy bass made it impossible to sleep. We had already paid for the airport transfer when booking. Before checking in, we communicated via messages that we would be changing hotels after checkout and not leaving Phu Quoc. (I thought we could take the shuttle to the airport and then head to our next hotel ourselves.) However, they insisted that I provide a flight number to arrange the shuttle. Later, they told me to arrange the timing with the front desk upon check-in. When I checked in, I asked the front desk if we could be dropped off at our next hotel instead of the airport since it was along the way. They said OK, and there was no need to arrange the time in advance—we could confirm it on the checkout day. However, it turned out they were referring to the free VinBus, not the hotel's paid shuttle service that I had already paid for. The front desk staff at check-in completely misled us, and as a result, we were unable to use the hotel shuttle. We noticed that the door lock kept beeping, and our keycard couldn’t open the door. We asked a hotel staff member to report the issue, assuming it would be fixed by the time we returned. However, when we got back at night, the problem was still there. I had to walk to the front desk again, and it seemed like no one had addressed our request, meaning it had been completely ignored. Finally, they helped us enter the room and told us the door lock battery was low and could only be fixed the next day. We ordered room service for a late-night snack, but by early morning, I had diarrhea, and my girlfriend was vomiting. I was left completely drained and unable to continue our itinerary. When we reported this suspected food poisoning incident at checkout, the front desk simply said, "Okay, we will pass on the message," and that was it. No apology, no compensation. Only the exterior looks five-star, but everything else fails miserably.

Big and beutiful hotel. Have 2 block , but we get block near to swimming pool. But its quit far from the lobby. Have shuttle to go to nearest attraction. Its quit far to go to sea

The Wyndham Grand hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed 10 days. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved the separate swimming pools for adults and children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The private beach was pristine and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near must-visit attractions like Grandworld, VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari. A perfect getaway spot—I highly recommend it!

I booked for 2nights, but decided to stay 2 more days, because it’s really wonderful hotel. I enjoyed everything here: clean hotel, room, friendly stuff, swimming pool, breakfast. We everyday took free bus from hotel and went to Grand World. Strongly recommend to families spend your precious time in this hotel

Wyndham Grand is totally amazing! People are very friendly, English is good and breakfast is excellent! Its location is very convenient to all the tourist attractions with free shuttle services! I had a wonderful time and will visit again soon! Highly recommended 👍👍

Nice service, staffs at the front desk are very helpful. Nice environment, can reach the beach in few minutes. The villa is clean and tidy.

It was our first time travelling to PQC Island and we had total 4 families. 4 Adults and 4 kids and we booked 3 bedrooms villa which had 2 king size beds and 2 twins beds with private pool. The villa was very beautiful especially the unique interior design with private pool . It was pretty clean until we saw a big bugs dying on the floor. We were fine about it which it didnt bother us much. And we still loved it. We paid around HK4000 per night for 2 nights which had included 8 breakfast buffet style. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport. But one thing I couldnt understand was the water bottle provided in the villa. The hotel only gave us 6 free bottles everyday. If you request extra water, they had to charge you with unreasonable price. We had 8 ppl in the villa but they only gave u 6. I have stayed at other countries hotel with free water bottles refill but Wyndham needs to charge me for that which I really cant understand as water in Vietnam is so cheap. I was so shocked when I heard about it and I complained it to the front desk. At the end, they did give me 4 more bottles of water without charging me. One more thing I didnt like the most was the breakfast. Although they had many varieties, the quality of food was pretty bad and it didnt look good at all. It really turned down my appetite. The only food I can really eat was the hard boil eggs without eating the egg yolk and the black olives. For the prices I had paid, i think the hotel really needed to improve the food quality as it did look disgusting to me.
