Super friendly staff, always available and helpful. Would stay again. Hotel is close to the old town and the main sights

Best location in town, right next to the former imperial palace! The hotel is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was good too. Started in a premium room, it was a spacious room, but no windows looking outside. The smaller rooms seem to have windows though, some of them even have balconies. All in all, we had a great time. Hotel staff helped with arranging drivers too for excursions. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Hotel was ancient medical centre, smell nice with lemongrass everywhere. Friendly staffs and fine breakfast. Great location. Bedroom is basic.

這家酒店的位置非常優越，就在順化古城皇城的邊上，步行到皇城入口大概不到100米，非常方便。如果你計劃深入遊覽古城，這家酒店是個非常不錯的選擇，我們來的時候入住的中國人不多，更多是韓國人和歐美人。酒店早餐也不錯，有新鮮水果和河粉。 酒店的前身是大南太醫院，別具歷史氣息。周邊如果一時找不到合口味的餐廳，不妨回酒店餐廳嘗一嘗。他們家的河粉和炒飯都很好吃，味道地道，而且用餐環境也比古城內大多數小吃攤要舒適得多。畢竟在古城內我們逛了一圈，好的咖啡店很多，但是像樣的餐廳其實不算多。 此外，酒店的建築風格也是一大亮點，採用了當地傳統的黃色外牆，非常有順化特色。整體建築古樸雅緻，頗具當地文化氛圍。 總的來説，如果你打算在順化古城住宿，我非常推薦這家酒店，無論是位置、餐食還是氛圍，都值得一試。

Mình có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại đây và hy vọng sẽ quay lại lần nữa. Dịch vụ lưu trú, chăm sóc khách chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện với khách du lịch. Thức uống và đồ ăn khá ngon.

酒店附近基本上乜都無 係得啲cafe 唯一好就真係好近皇城 行5分鐘就到 如果要行去中心啲就要半個鐘 仲要行過啲都幾多車嘅橋 啲staff都nice 間房就包一份生果 (2日都係1份) 間房好大 有2層 好唔好就睇你點睇 上下層都有電視 洗頭水隻味少少奇怪 唔係人人啱 早餐方面 款式唔多 但竟然有河粉同春卷 味道幾好 整體上 如果你唔介紹唔方便就幾好

Останавливались на 2 дня для осмотра старого города. Расположение - супер, очень интересное здание и интерьер. Хороший вай-фай, завтрак и обеды/ужины в кафе. Есть бассейн, очень удобные кровати. Из минусов: в номере пахнет плесенью, очень темно и с 5 утра до 11 утра начинает играть радио, которое персонал не может выключить. Звукоизоляция отсутствует.

位置很好，早餐豐富，而且早上6點開始，方便用餐完再去乘早上飛機。員工熱情友善，尤其感謝前台姑娘tie n的熱情服務，還有咖啡廳年輕男員工推薦的附近順化米線美食，這裡是遊覽順化的很好選擇。

Офигенное место! Все дорого богато. Сервис супер! Очень чисто и красиво. А кровати просто облачко)

貌似是以前的太醫館舊址。酒店就在皇城東門邊，地理位置非常優越，服務人員很熱情，房間也很有特色。但可能因為客氣濕潤，房間又都在一樓，房間有股黴味。但總體還是很不錯的酒店！

酒店不提供牙膏牙刷。

夜遅くにチェックインしたのですが、わざわざ片付けしていたレストランに案内してくれました。

Spent 3 nights here and thought our rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Our rooms had a balcony which was great but could have benefited with an overhead fan. Lovely staff, great and extensive breakfast, a party of frogs going off in the garden, and the dinner we had there was excellent. Itt's a great location - just minutes walk to the Citadel and a cool and local feeling neighbourhood. But a 10 min Grab ride to to the thumping town centre. Because the floors are tiled there can be some noose from the corridor but nothing earplugs can't fix. Also -BEST pool temperature in Vietnam - actually cool and refreshing. I will be back
