The Villa offers spacious and comfortable stays in this cute boutique resort hotel. The atmosphere including dining spaces facing Chao Praya river is fabulous. I will definitely come back when I visit Ayutthaya next time.

The moment you walk in the entrance gate, you will be awed by the beautiful garden setting. The bedroom is immaculate, and the linen and towels smell fresh. We love the breakfast. We are so glad to have met Khun Poon, he's a great host. 5-star quality service. 5-star guest experience.

I stayed 1 night in Nov 2024 Pros: -the owners son is the best. He's very friendly and helpful. -bed was huge. a super king. quite firm. -breakfast was decent. congee with prawn, salad was prepacked fresh in bowls but Poon was so helpful and brought over what I requested for and catered to my food allergies/intolerances. I also liked the location of the restaurant where you eat breakfast, it's right next to the river on the more peaceful side. -grounds are beautiful and the place is like a little museum. -lots of space in the room to put your things and lots of shelves. -shower had plenty of hot water -carpark within the hotel -hairdryer provided -tissue box provided. -hand soap bar provided. -fast wifi. mobile speed tested at 59.5 mpbs (download) and 40.2 mpbs (upload). Cons: -lots of mosquitoes within the grounds Overall Rating: 9.5/10

Cannot recommend this place highly enough ! Poon and his charming wife treated us like royalty. Clean , quiet and with a superb breakfast served by the river. Thank you so much for putting up with us !!! Will definitely return when funds and time allow .

Very serene place to stay … clean room, very nice bedding and of course I love breakfast beside the river with Thai traditional sweet to end with. The owner of the property is very friendly and service mind
