The casita has everything you will need for a restful stay. Close to the gay district of Phoenix, Melrose. Willy's Inn is geared towards gay men but all who are accepting are welcome. So there is no confusion, Willy's Inn was founded for gay men only but has been opened for anyone in the LGBTQ+ community and allies, but is geared towards gay men.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:If you plan on having any guests, please let me know beforehand. Visit
My friend and I stayed here so that we could easily get a rideshare to the diamondbacks game and also take advantage of the nice pool in the backyard. We were able to enjoy our afternoon and then have somewhere to come back in the evening. I do wish it was made a little more clear that the owner does live in the house that’s tied to it and that he has full visibility of you besides in the casita.

Best Stay Ever
Bill’s place is by far the best place that I have stayed when using a property rental company. He goes over the top and has thought of everything. There are personal touches everywhere and you really feel like you are at home, if you lived in a five star resort. I highly recommend Willy’s Inn and will be back for sure.

1 night stay for dr. Appts.
This is my 3rd time staying here with my bestie for our Dr. Appointments. Bill is a wonderful host. Place is clean and very secure. I would have no problem staying here by myself. Also, loved all the pride murals on fences and casita and property is so calm and relaxing and decorated beautifully. Wonderful stay and welcoming to all types of people which is amazing. I wish there were more places like Bills.
