The location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere. The environment is good. The food is good and there are many shops. But the hotel service is not very good.

Great location, close to the central market and shopping center, and many snack bars around.

A bit of a walk from the sea center, but not that bad about 15 minutes The sink and the shower were dripping so you constantly hear that  the AC was also dripping and when I talked to the staff, they just gave me a bucket to put on the floor to catch the droplets instead of offering to fix it or a room transfer

I have been there two times, first time I think it was the first time and might be better for second time, but second time worst time so bad small room with no air conditioner work well and the bed is broken wc not clean !

ok, to spend the night on a budget. close to the market and fast to the airport

Only stayed one night. It’s not really a hotel. The ground floor looks like a hostel with a shared kitchen. Lots of long stay travelers seem to stay here. No hot water. You can easily find a proper hotel in the same area at a similar price point.

One of my favourite budget hotels in pp. The room and the shower is very clean

We checked in 30/03/23 to find no water from the shower, wash basin and toilet. Complained twice and was told that it was being looked at. At that point they could have changed our room but didn't. We went out for dinner and some hours later found that the water was back on but would not get hot. Complained and was told it would be looked at in the morning. In the morning awoke to find no hot water still. Complained by phone to reception and was told that this happens often and the water off situation is a problem throughout Phnom Penh. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked to change room and she said it would make no difference. I said that's unacceptable and she hung up the line. In addition, the room key slot on the wall was loose and I could easily touch the internal wiring. The room telephone would unplug itself from the phone line if I just moved it an inch. The mixer tap handle came off in my hands quite easily. I made a new booking at another nearby hotel and walked out. Trip.com customer services were very sympathetic and responsive and refunded my unused days within the hour (almost).

Enkelt och bra och väldigt prisvärt. Keep it simple and make the world whole again by start repair of network. Network of the world. Repairing.. :) Best regards President Marcus Sten Tapio Karhapää
