I have been to this Phnom Phen location three times, and also to the Siem Reap location. I consistently chose the Rambutan because of their amazing service and staff, and how incredibly warm and friendly the staff is. The entire team will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, safe and experience a joyful trip. They sincerely want to make sure you are well-cared for and enjoy yourself without being pushy, it always feel genuine and from the heart. The location is also nice in BKK1, close enough to the major tourist attractions and nightlife while managing to be an urban oasis away from the intensity of riverside. On the grounds, there is a pool and garden, and the comfortable clean rooms include secluded balconies and alfresco private stone bathtubs. They are also an environmentally and socially responsible business, investing in their staff and local community. This was one of the initial reasons I chose to stay. The included free breakfast is excellent and a wonderful way to start the day on holiday, served fresh poolside as they cook to what you order off the menu, and their lunch, dinner and bar menu is top-notch and delicious, offering a wide variety of Western, local cuisine, fresh drinks and nice cocktails I have used their spa before on previous trips, and they are very professional and everything is clean and above board. If you’d like a secure and tranquil base during your time in Phnom Phen or Siem Reap, will always recommend the Rambutan properties and their staff.

優點:房間裏面很香，院子裏有濃郁的檸檬香味。空調給力。服務非常熱情，小哥哥小姐姐英文都不錯，早餐是現做的，豐盛可口。 缺點:附近晚上11點左右開始蹦迪，有點吵。洗澡沒有花灑，水衹能從頭頂澆下來，有時冷水很小導致洗澡水很燙。

房間設施和衞生程度跟青旅差不多。 設施：簡陋 衞生：不怎麼樣 環境：不怎麼樣 服務：還行

Nice room and good food, bed was totally good 👍 Very short drive to main attractions, as Kings Palace, Silverpagoda, Genocide museum and a little longer to the killing fields camp. Tuk tuk driving recommended just in front of the hotel and very flexible.

What a fantastic oasis in the middle of this bustling city. The staff was truly fantastic here and are so caring and helpful. The sizeable and very comfortable room was beautiful on the top floor. The pool was really great and feeling like you're in the countryside somewhere. The food was delicious and the drinks were really great. I highly recommend staying here.

I just love this hotel💕💕no wonder i came back to this lovley place 3 times while i traveld cambodia! the staff is amazing super frindly and if you need any help they will support you! the rooms are great...had 3 different ones.. every one was perfect for me! if you need a break from the city here you will finde your quietness at the lovley pool and with a nice drink🙏 don't think and book your stay at rambutan❤️ markus

Over the years, when I have visited Cambodia, I have chosen to stay at Rambutan Phnom Penh. Although not on the river a short tuk tuk ride will get you anywhere you wish to go. Within walking distance of the Russian Market, should one like a leisurely stroll. From day one the staff are pleasant , cheerful, extremely helpful and always smiling. The menu is extensive and well priced. Rooms are excellent. The pool is delightful whether for swimming or lazing and reading.

Hotel in good location but overall we were disappointed. Our room was described as deluxe garden, definitely an exaggeration. We had a small patio with four tall leafy potted plants up against a high wall. Room itself was ok, clean with comfy bed but certainly far from deluxe. Plus, the water from the shower never really got warm. Breakfast is not great, I took the bread option (baguette & croissant) the first morning and it was really not good, I couldn’t eat it. The second morning breakfast was slightly better. All in all a fairly average hotel which could do with improving. One positive is the very pleasant staff.

A nice hotel, not too big but with all the comfort of a big resort. Comfortable room, tidy bathroom. Nice courtyard with restaurant and bar service at the side of a pool. City center is close with Tuktuk. Friendly service from the staff. Good cocktails

I LOVED my stay at Rambutan! I booked a standard room, but the room felt spacious and luxurious with a large comfortable bed, daybed, separate shower room, separate toilet and generally lots of floor space. Super cool and minimalist design and interior with the use of natural materials. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant itself is worth a visit to this hotel. I ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the chefs are undoubtedly very skilled (…and being a head chef myself, I tend to have extra high demands - at Rambutan these were certainly met!). The hotel staff are otherwise extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful with anything you may need. Rambutan Resort feels like a safe haven of peace and quiet, in a city that otherwise has a lot of energy, noise and excitement. Thank you very much for a great stay. I will definitely choose Rambutan next time I visit Phnom Penh.
