Worst hotel. Room phone is not working and I m not able to dial for room service. It even has a cockroach in the room. Corridor has a bad smell. Never stay this hotel again

This experience was purely based on how my cousin felt about their rooms.
Firstly, there weren’t any refrigerator, iron machines available in the room. As in any typical 5-star hotels, they would provide two key cards (one for each occupant), however, only one was given to us.
Secondly, the breakfast was mostly Chinese cuisines (noodles, pau, dumplings, spinach, rice etc). When asked for omelette, the staff could not understand. The coffee and tea were pre-made in a jug with (insanely) high sugar and they were neither hot nor palatable. No water was provided and when checked with staff, we were directed to reception.
Thirdly and most importantly, people were smoking everywhere. It’s like a smoke house - in lifts, in rooms, in corridors, at the reception and even in dining halls. And the hotel is 25 to 30 minutes away from city center.
The positives were — staffs at the reception desk were amazing and they were very helpful with all our requests. The hotel is closer to the airport.

The hotel building is relatively new, however the room was a bit run down. Very few TV channels in English. No hair dryer. The hotel location is convenient for those willing to stay close to the airport. There are very few cafes and restaurants around in the area. Commuting downtown takes at least 15-20 minutes by tuk tuk (10 usd).

hotel room is clean ,breakfast have lots of variant and taste good.But hotel management need to provide VIP parking lot infront of hotel lobby for big bike,because it is very uncomfortable if need to park at basement and then walk around 5 minute to the hotel ....

Petra is very helpful, and help solving the necessary request

I requested for a non-smoking room, however the room i stayed in was covered completely with the smell of cigarettes. AC was not cold either.

The room was not in the hotel but in the 99% onsold apartments behind the hotel. No fridge and rediculous list on what the price was for everything in the room.
Breakfast included but no coffee. The room is large enough with sofa and kettle.
There is an outside pool and gym in the other building, onky one key which is not convenient as without a keycard you cannot get to the street. Asked for second key but not possible.
On departure they took $10 from the deposit as one towel was dirty. It was dirty from the floor!
Pitty I had looked forward to staying but service was more two than five star.
