The sky bar and infinity pool are a real asset to this hotel offering spectacular views right across Phnom Penh city. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The Sky Bar was a treat at sunset and being Valentine’s Day I was given a rose from the staff. The room was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Previous experience in Phnom Penh hotels, the beds can be a little hard compared to western culture. This was pleasing. It is a beautiful hotel.

Front desk trying to deal with too many people at once.
No safe in room as advertised
Aircon was very noisy.
No fruit in room as advertised.
Breakfast was very poor. Most things had run out and not replaced.
