Amazing service, facilities and room. Definitely in the top 5 of my hotels I’ve stayed in while in Thailand. I will definitely be staying there again.

We was in Imperial hotel 2 days during the Asian bycicle championship. Room is big, good service. Nice and friendly staff. Room was little bit old furniture, medium clean.

The old hotel with full equipped is recommended for people who just dropped at Phitsanulok. Big room and grand breakfast.

Hotel has everything befitting a 5 star build 28 years ago but in tip top conditions. Excellent stay they allow me to check in much earlier. For the price it's amazing.

The hotel is old and the noises from roof is extremely loud. I could not able to sleep whole night. It might be birds or mouse running around in the roof. Water from tap dipping all nigh and the smell from bathroom is disturbing.

Rooms are large, bed comfortable, coffee, tea and kettle provided. Security safe in cupboard tucked away. Older style tub shower, very clean bathroom. Concierge and reception friendly and efficient. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. A bit further away malls, Lotus’s and Big C. Will visit the Imperial Hotel in Phitsunalok again in the future.
