We had such an incredible stay at Manayunk Chambers! From the moment we arrived, our host Mark made us feel completely at home. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our visit special. His hospitality went above and beyond anything we could have expected. The breakfasts each morning were an absolute highlight—Mark is truly a pastry genius. We had requested gluten- and dairy-free options, and he not only accommodated us but exceeded all expectations. The scones were out of this world! Every bite was delicious and clearly prepared with so much care. What really stood out were the little details—thoughtful touches throughout the house, and Mark’s genuine attention to making sure everything felt just right. It’s clear how much love and pride he puts into this place, and it made our stay feel extra special. On top of the cozy atmosphere and amazing food, Mark shared wonderful insights about Manayunk and Philly, which made our trip feel even richer. We left not only relaxed and well-fed but also with a greater appreciation of the area. If you’re visiting Philadelphia, staying here is a must. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I loved staying here. The claw foot tub was amazing. The decor is something out of a time capsule; just beautiful and unique and I felt pampered staying here. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, and the hosts are so hospitable and welcoming. One of the hosts even parallel parked my car for me when I was hesitant to. We plan on returning again!

Beautiful, comfortable gem of a place! Friendly host for an enchanting short stay. It was a short walk to a cute town. The room and common areas were so well laid out and provided extra gems to enjoy.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Manayunk Chambers. We were visiting friends in the area and were not sure where we were going to stay. On a whim we chose the inn. Mark, the inn keeper, was great. He was a wonderful host in every way, welcoming us, helping to navigate through the area, sharing community history, providing a clean and comfortable environment, and providing us with a fresh and delicious breakfast each morning. He took the time to find our food and coffee preferences and exceeded our expectations during our stay. If you are traveling and want more than just a place to stay, then check out Manayunk Chambers Inn. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Excellent experience in everything. Amazing hospitality, walk ability to a very cool neighborhood, amenities off the chart (open wine, local beer, snacks, fresh baked goods, chocolate), lovely Victorian charm and rooms and seriously friendly innkeeper. The local food nearby was terrific (some of the best Thai I’ve had in the US) and Mark even waited for us outside when we drove up to make sure we could find him and park. A superior experience all around. I will be back.

This is a hidden gem in Manayunk! When I arrived I was greeted by Mark and given a map of the city, asked if I had any food allergies, and what time I would like my breakfast. The breakfast was the best I have ever had! He is an experienced pastry chef which is obvious after just one breakfast! The decor and artwork is a beautiful Victorian style. I liked the music on the grand piano which was relaxing and reflective of the decor. My room was comfortable and quiet. I loved my stay and will be back!
