Phi Phi Twin Palms Bungalow

I was worried about staying here after I read the reviews, but this place was actually decent. Great location to nightlife, the rooms were clean and free wifi and air con and hot shower. The room is very central, ideal location for people looking for a good night life when your in phi phi. It’s noisy but if you’re out enjoying yourself the music is on until late. The beach is minutes walk away, with bars and clubs , it’s in the main area for night life. Also I found the room clean , honestly it was exactly what my friends were looking for, cheap and cheerful.

This place was not worth what we paid, the room is exactly as the reviews say, it doesn’t get cleaned, bugs everywhere, dead springy bed, do not book unless you want to loose money. We had to book a completely different place paid the same price and it’s miles better.

At first I was a little nervous about all the reviews but location location location!! The hotel staff were friendly and kind. Our room had air conditioning, basic amenities and great for the price!! This is close to all the parties spots and grateful to be here!! Thank you to the front desk gentleman chali

Bed bugs ,mosquitoes ,spider on pillow..noise from adjacent club os unbelievable.. from 6m to 4am u can't hear yourself think let alone sleep..no sleep here at all.staff were clearly aware but zero cares given .not even surprised we left after day 1 of 2 .avoid

We arrived early so we were unable to check in until 2pm. We were told by the receptionist that we had to pay cash only. We needed to use their toilet and after seeing the filth in the toilets, we should have realised what we were in for. When we eventually checked in, we walked past what looked like a builders scrap yard. Our room was filthy. The light switches had not been cleaned for a very long time. There was still toothpaste and shaving cream residue in the hand basin, splashes on the mirror. Dust and cobwebs all over the room including the bed, a used earbud under the counter. There was a BLANKET on top of the mattress with no sheet and an empty duvet cover. Besides the filth, the noise from the night club a mere 50 meters away was VERY loud. The air-conditioner and the windows were vibeating from the noise. We booked for 3 nights but we left the next morning. One star rating is too many

Most definately the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, disgusting bathroom which hadnt been cleaned for months,a leaking toilet that coved your feet with urine when flushed,cobwebs ,mosquitos ,Cockroaches and deafening noise until 3 am,Filthy unchanged bed sheets ,tv didnt work and the hotels public toilets would make you sick,zero out of 10
