Resort beliggende på en meget stille strand, Long Beach, omkring 30 minutter til fods og 5-10 minutter med lang hale fra byen. Korrekte faciliteter. For at fremhæve den fremragende service på dette hotel. De lod os tjekke ud kl. 14.00, de behandlede min datter og min kone for hududslæt på grund af alger/vandmænd... kort sagt, den modtagne pleje var enestående! Tak skal du have!!!

They booked us in room A3 which gives you a sea view when seating outside,the breakfast buffet was adequate enough,seems we got a great deal booking 6 months ahead as the price doubled by march

The room was nothing like the pictures, the hotel is very old and you can tell… also very noisy. But at least was close to the pier. Also the staff is nice and try to leave some details

This hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

Very spacious room in a resort right on the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Good snorkeling right off the beach, but better still on a 3-hour boat excursion.

Clean, totally acceptable for a cheaper hotel on Long Beach. Would stay there again. It’s a “we wanna be mostly on the beach anyways” hotel

Firstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.  I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay. If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out.

Not recommended, as the place is having continuous construction going on and they will not stop even though you asked to stop,

It’s your average resort with an amazing location. Don’t expect highly maintained facilities or a soft bed at this resort. They are functional and adequate. The staff are friendly and they offer a wonderful breakfast. Two words - Banana Samosas. It’s really about the location and not much else to write about.

Nice place to stay, it’s Phi Phi peaceful spot.

The hotel located on long beach - which is a beautiful beach and quiet Once we arrived, the hotel played loud music which was just next to our room which was villa with front view of the beach - but you couldn't really have a sea view since all beach view rooms are in front of the pool with many kids playing and all other rooms are just in front of the other - the view is the wall - disappointing. The room had bad smell and was very noisy - so we asked to move to other room - more at the back for privacy - but since all room have shared balcony with a pool which is not really a pool - more a hole with water (no pump to clean water) the hotel came to clean but it didn`t really helped. All rooms are called Villa - but its just a room. The room is big - not new at all -bed was comfortable and was cleaned every day with a change in towels. The toilets were very bad condition - old ,dirty, rust and mold. The stuff were always nice and breakfast was nice I do not think the hotel worth the cost - too expansive to what it is offerings - and non refundable so we couldn't do much. Wouldn`t recommended it to anyone

The hotel is located very conveniently in the best part of the island, the Long Beach. Will be back again.

Our stay at the Phi Phi Long beach resort was great. We cannot fault anything. The only issue was that the hotel does not cater for vegetarians. We had to go to another restaurant for lunches and dinners. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was ideal for a 3* hotel.
