Not a good place for family the music will wake you up till 2:30am every night too much noisy the room we were staying the water pressure was so slow that took 5min bath to 20min and the Bum gun at the bathroom was like knife will hurt you so badly no point of installing when people get hurt so far not a good experience not going back again

Excellent hotel in superb location, good food nice and clean rooms couldn’t ask for more. Great price in comparison to others nearby

Not bad . Bungalow too many insects, better to book a normal room , is much cleaner , no insects.

The service was fast , great breakfast ! Nice pool , toilet is so so with the white light but that’s pretty much the only thing that I didn’t like , a/c is a bit old I think

Great hotel in a great location in Phi phi. This is just a short walk from the speed boat and ferry drop off.

Lovely hotel in centre of phi phi main shopping and entertainment area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only issue we had a family room with lots of noise from bars on street.

Perfect hotel and location for our stay on phi phi. Only concern is loud music most of the night.

Solo female traveler for 7 nights. Small room, large balcony but too hot to sit out and no privacy looking directly into others room. The layout of rooms leave no privacy at all thus even if you have a pool view, everyone keeps the curtain closed and can feels a little claustrophobic. The bed is super super hard (seriously like a thin mattress on the floor) and pillows very hard & high causing body and neck aches. Breakfast is good and very grateful to have freshly ground coffee. Location is convenient for visiting both sides of the beaches. It’s been many years since I booked with Trip and everything is AI generated thus I’m not sure if the hotel ever responded to me. I have been trying to contact the hotel for weeks regarding transfers that they mentioned they offers, but got no response. I have tried messaging through the platform, calling and texting them on WhatsApp and no response beside AI from Trip stating the contact numbers. I started to get seriously concerned if my booking is confirmed. On the morning before I got on the ferry to Phi Phi. I finally found another number on Google and lucky someone answered to arrange pick up from the pier as I have a few luggages that I can’t cope on my own. Shortly after when I am on the ferry to Phi Phi. I received a reply on my WhatsApp that they are too busy to reply. Too busy for weeks. This is not acceptable as it causes me anxiety if my booking has been confirmed. It doesn’t help as most of the messages through the app is from AI! In general, most staff are ok except for whoever is responsible for messaging with the guest.

Overall good hotel and location, they gave the two of us one key which was not convenient. Good breakfast too.

Great location Great place

Very nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was right at the town center. The room has hair dryer, mini fridge, soap, towels for the room and swimming pool and a nice small balcony. The Thai breakfast menu and the pancakes were delicious. Overall a great place for the price.

Very good location in Phi Phi. Few hundred meters from the beach ( 3 min walk). Rooms are good. Breakfast is ok, just a pity there is no real fruit juice. When arriving at Phi Phi port, someone will wait to take your luggage’s, just look at the hotel names. This is 8 min walk from the boat to the hotel. No worry for luggage’s, hotel take care. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, no worry for the food. Swimming pool is nice. Next time we go to Phi Phi we will most probably select this hotel again

This hotel is in a great location, close to the main shops and restaurant. I would stay here again the room was clean and sufficient. Was stayed right on the strip in no: 109 it was really loud at night like staying over a nightclub that goes all night. So I would select a room in the back of the ground away from the Main Street.
