Nice comfortable stay with spacious room and nice view. Interesting staying here with the golf and casino amenities as well.

Had a truly wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. They were very helpful in arranging a room upgrade and even prepared a lovely surprise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality.

Good location. Excelent service, abbundant in house service but a bit high price.

We were held at reception for nearly an hour when booking in as we had ID with our driving licence but we did not bring our passports as we live in Ho Chi Minh. Interesting that the holiday Inn located in the same lobby does not require passports for check in but Intercontinental claim it is required by law. Clearly they are making that up! Disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! The rooms are really nice, but it took some time to get over the incident above. When you are in the hotel your only option is to buy food from them and they raise the prices significantly. We ate at their burger place as friends had children with them and the quality was way below what you would expect from a five star hotel and the prices they charge. Something to consider before booking.

Amazing experience from the time I step into the lobby, reception and to the hotel room. Greetings from the lobby staff and reception staff was very accommodating to my request during check in. Without any hesitation, she escort me to the lift lobby when I asked for the directions. Breakfast was good, spoilt for choice. Huge swimming pool shared between the 2 hotels. Feeling lucky at the casino but minimum bet at the table is high. Overall, a very nice stay here. Will be back again soon.

This is the place when you want to relax, enjoy the beach, the pools and amazing restaurants. The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram golf course is just 5 minutes away and offers fantastic, one of the best in Asia, 18 holes round of links course. If you a golf addict, that's perfect for you.

Good trip. Nice and fancy hotel

Nothing but good things to say about Grand Ho Tram. It’s a little inconvenient as there aren’t many nearby food options etc. but everything you need is located within the hotel compound! Food was amazing, service was incredible and cleanliness was top notch.

amazing place to chill out, away from the hustle from city. the hotel is big so expect alot of walking around actually!

Great place to relax. The casino is located right at the hotel. Many activities available too, can do bowling, arcade, swimming and gambling. Weather was also good.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The highlights were the breakfast buffet and the swimming facilities. The private beach was one of cleanest in Vietnam too.
