First of all...we booked a matador (service van) room. It was an old service van put on the beach and they had put one small single bed inside the old service van. We were excited to stay in it when we saw the pics online on trip.com But when we actually reached the hotel...we understood that we can not even sleep comfortably in that shrink space. So we requested them to give us other staying options. They had small tents. So finally we settled for a small tent. You can not stand in that small tent comfortably. The tent was unclean. It had no proper bed inside. They had just put a bedding with a bedsheet. There was a kettle and complimentary tea bags. But surprisingly there were no cups or glasses. There was an airconditioner though inside the tent. They charged an extra amount for this tent as we changed our mind not to stay in the service van. They charged us a total of 600,000 VND for this small size tent. This was really very high for Phan Their kind of city. The zip of the rent door was not working. Seems that they do not maintain the tents. The bathroom and toilet were separate. Not inside the rent. So you have to walk up to the bathroom all the way if you wish to use it even for a pee. This is a big minus. The toilets were also not clean. Hot water was a problem. They had an instant water heater. Which was not fully capable of providing proper hot water continuously. WC water tank was not working properly. Many times...there was no water stored in the water tank. So you can not flush. This was ridiculous. It is a beach property. But the beach was very dirty. Had many plastic wastes scattered all around. The hotel owners did not even care to remove the plastic waste. Looks very bad. Overall...it was a low level of camping type arrangement. The charges were insanely high compared with the property standards.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful environment. Rooms are clean and equipped with modern amenities. The fresh air is perfect for relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff make the stay even better.

Mình được homes hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Lều ở thoải mái. Homes sát biển nên rất tiện để tắm biển, ngắm bình minh. Tôi sẽ quay lại vào dịp sắp tới.

Home sát biển, lên đồ chụp hình đón bình minh đẹp lắm nha. Sáng ra xem chài lưới kéo cá tươi rói. Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Sẽ quay lại cùng gia đình.

Tôi rất thích cảm giác bình yên ở đây. Sát biển nên buổi sáng 2 vợ chồng dậy sớm ngồi cà phê ngắm bình minh. Tôi đã quay lại 2 lần và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại tiếp với gia đình mình. Các bữa ăn cũng rất ngon. Nhân viên nhiệt tình.

바닷가 앞에 충분히 만족하고 처음에 길을 찾기 힘들었지만 이후에 직원들의 친절함에 편하게 머물다가 왔습니다. 깔끔하고 좀만겋어가면 바닷가가 바로앞입니다 공용이용시설들은 다 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다
