Had a wonderful stay and the service from the staff in the both the hotel and the restaurant was great. As always the beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. Petersfield was also a nice town to spend the day with lots of coffee shops…..

At the hotel for work. Super professional and friendly staff. In particular Debs at the reception, always friendly and super helpful if you have any questions or problems. I enjoyed every minute talking to the staff. Restaurant is big but busy

Amazing stay lovely clean rooms and really friendly and helpful staff would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. The food in the restaurant was good too they do a great breakfast I’ve booked for a few months time and can’t wait to come back.

Great central hotel for a wedding we attended in January. Staff on reception were really welcoming. We stayed in the annex which was lovely and quite and the room was just perfect. There was a free phone taxi service in reception. We will be back soon.

I was most impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The location was very convenient and the room was comfortable and quiet. There was an excellent restaurant on site, with a good and cheap meal deal. The cheapest (and good) fillet steak I have had for years. Would certainly go here again - better than many far more expensive hotels.

George, who was running the breakfast service today - Sunday 16th Feb, was friendly, polite, and very helpful - thanks George. Reception were helpful and were able to sort all our questions promptly. The rooms in the main hotel are a but tired, some mould in the bathroom - however the bed was very comfortable.

Really excellent staff every time we stay, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well cooked too. The hotel is a bit tired but it is clean and comfortable and the free parking is a bonus. Have stayed several times due to its location Which is near family.

Pleasantly surprised with good sized room and very large comfortable bed. Hotel was in very convenient location. Would advise never to eat an evening meal with an associated Beefeater restaurant as poor quality food and expensive. Breakfast not that good either and far better value elsewhere.
