Harbour Spring, Peterhead by Marston's Inns

Absolutely love this hotel. Service was superb. Staff is really warm and friendly. Eateries are nearby. Love the room, it s clean and modern and quiet. The bed is super comfy. Highly recommended.

We have booked a table for 6 people on the day for a Sunday Carvery. I had to quickly add two people to the booking and in the end 10 people turned up. Staff and Harbour Spring were not bother by this at all, and were incredibly helpful throughout our meal. The food was delicious and freshly made. Jordan and Aime were very helpful and friendly, thank you guys, we will definitely visit again, every single one of us was delighted!

Absolutely brilliant experience at harbour spring. Aimee was super helpful and friendly, she’s an absolute asset to your business. Food was great, we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and dinner both days! Hotel was clean and comfy. Will definitely return when we’re back visiting again!

2nd time i have visited only to be let down. I only take a mixed grill when I’m there and today of all days which is my birthday was again let down. Came in and the waitress made a comment regarding my child which I thought was rude and also asked us our drinks to which we ordered while looking at the menu. After we decided she came back and asked what we would like to order and when I asked for the large mixed grill she informed us that there was no grill things or any burgers. She then stated that she should have informed us this before we ordered our drinks and forgot as she has had a busy day. Didn’t look that busy to be honest since we were 5 of probably only 3 others in the building. Total let down and don’t think we will be back unless they have food in and also attitude changes towards kids! This was for a birthday dinner and we left disgusted without ordering anything.

I stayed 3 nights along with my sister and brother in law it was fantastic the staff were so friendly, food was brilliant, my room was spotless i would recommend Harbour Springs in Peterhead to everybody who is travelling north to give it a try.

Came for lunch. Service was efficient and friendly, and the fish and gammon were both very nice. Wait for the starters was about ten minutes, and the mains another ten minutes after the starters were cleared. There were a few members of staff on who were all very attentive.

Was in for lunch last week, food was very tasty and hot. That’s my 3rd time eating there in the past few months. Each time has been spot on. Have been hosted by Rhona, Jordan and Aimee. All have been very helpful and polite. Definitely will be back again. Keep up the good work guys massive improvement from a few years ago!!!

Clean and comfortable, good food available at a reasonable price and was very close to where I was working, will definitely stop again.************＞＞＞************************************************************************

I recently visited Harbour Spring for a Sunday lunch with my daughter and son in law. We were informed that they were unable to serve burgers due to faulty equipment. Myself and my son in law ordered from the carvery whilst my daughter ordered a prawn salad from the menu. We waited for about 15minutes before asking for someone to take our order. We got our carvery meals quite quickly, even with an element doubt regarding the ability of the server who apparently was learning the job. When we returned to our table my daughter had not received her order. A further 15-20 minutes later her salad arrived. She checked the menu and found that what she had received was not as described in the menu, various items were missing. When she pointed out the deficiencies he apologised and said he would speak to someone. Due to the missing items and the time taken to serve the meal, she declined the meal. That meal should never have been served as advertised, my daughter assumed that she would get the meal as shown in menu card and she didn’t. No effort was made by the staff member to check if all ingredients were available and if they weren’t then the customer should have been informed. We were deducted £2 from our bill for a meal made up of less ingredients than were shown. I personally won’t be back there until management and staff get their acts together and a bit more care is taken we customers.
