Quiet and peaceful, very good location! The room size is big, perfect for me!

The staff provided good service; they allowed me to change room. But the rooms are very old and run down. There were ants under the glass table Top and I have to kill some of them everyday. The location was bad and there aren’t any eateries and malls nearby

Our unplanned trip, but our stay was pleasant .. we have problem with our personal internet connection and the problem solved with the help / assistance from the manager. Thank You Sir. It’s was raining and we had our lunch at the hotel. The food was simple and tasty. We also spent our time at the cafe and been recommended for violet cake! Marvellous.. ❤️

A terrible hotel : Aircond was not cool at all for the 1st night and requested to change room to another room which is slightly better but not cold. After training, bed was not made up, toiletry not top-up and drinking water not re-stock. Called Housekeeping twice but still no one turn up after waiting almost 15minutes.

Hotel room is clean, however its clearly old. Old towels, only 1 pillow per person, no kettle even though there are coffee and mugs, no milk. Hallway carpets are dirty. Cigarette buds on the carpet in the conference hall. Buffet is below average, not enough food for everyone. Service at the hotel-restaurant is terrible and more expensive than others, be prepared to wait 50min for a kebab, only to receive a wrap and then being told that’s what I ordered and that’s what I need to eat.

Got car park. Can park there RM1 per entry. Need to verify at the front desk before going out. Comfortable to stay. Will stay there again.

Not a Muslim friendly hotel Near Amcorp mall and lrt stations (Asia Jaya & Taman Jaya). Has vending machines at the parking lot. From parking to hotel lobby do not have lift for customers.

Location is a bit odd with one way street in front of hotel. Taking Grab to PJ SS2/Paramount (abt 5Km not too far way) will cost RM 15-20 extra during peak hours.

The hotel is located at a convenient location. The general outlook is it needs an upgrade. The service was mediocre the room was not serviced when I returned and there is an intermediate door to the next room which was not lockable. The wall between the rooms is very thin one could hear all the conversation.

I stay there since it's near to my Fertility Care. It was a good experience and I add for another few days. The food also nice.

Very comfortable and clean room with soft mattress and pillows. Actually I booked a Deluxe room but when it was time to check in, the room was not ready yet and the hotel upgraded a Junior Suite room to me. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable but the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights this time we came. We have been staying here everytime we visited KL. The price is reasonable, staff is nice and friendly. Most importantly it's clean and easy for us to park our car
