The hotel is a bit old and has a smell. Other than that my stay was great!

Room condition is very run down and bad maintenance, first time I use “melted” hair dryer, and wardrobe without door, bathroom and sink is dirty with mold and stained.  When I entered the room can smell moldy and carpet dirty, table also full of scratches and stained. Compared with my stays few years ago really big difference. Most ridiculous thing was I checked in at 9pm and checked out next morning bout 10am, charged me 2 days car park fees saying that after 12am consider 1 day, however I was informed during checked in that parking fees is RM4 per entrance for in house guest. Overall very disappointed with this hotel now.

Breakfast more towards Malay style. Variety quite limited. Room is spacious with 4 bottle drink provided. Bed towards hard type. Pillow is very fluffy type.

Nice hotel. Friendly staffs and very comfortable room. I have been a returning customer for few years now and i just love how the room is very convinient. Easy check in and check out. I was not asked for any deposits so far. The parking fee is RM4 per entry. Can make cashless payment. Breakfast is delicious with lots of varietes. They have a couple of vegetarian dish too. Definitely will return soon.

Breakfast buffet was great and the location is pretty good where you get easy access to ipc and ikea.The bad part was the parking is not free.They charged 4MYR per day.The check in and check out was smooth.

Good food in room service. Reasonable room rate and hotel is near to The Curve. Definitely will come again because of the price abd good food. Large parking space provided with charge of RM4 per entry.

Good location. walking distance to nearby MRT Mutiara Damansara. Hotel is abit old.

Reception at checking in and out is very good. Housekeeping not so good. Service is slow and no one to pick up the call.

Stayed at Royale Chulan Damansara recently, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a nice ambiance with spacious rooms, though some areas could use a little refresh. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the service was decent. The highlight of my stay? The breakfast! A wide variety of choices, from local delights to international favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. Definitely one of the best breakfast spreads I’ve had in a hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with an amazing breakfast, this is a good option.

I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Very strategic location, big room . As for breakfast just basic not many varieties.

Pleasant Stay Near to IKEA,IPC, The Curve, Lotus etc walking distance. Don't confused with Royale Chulan The Curve as we did.

Food,nice staff,room very neat and clean.. environment ok
