Royale Chulan the Curve anmeldelser

Second time stayed in Royale Chulan The Curve. This time, they arranged the room which is very high humidity and smelly. Looks like a very run down room to us, full of smell and water mark on the wall. The corridor is also humid and smelly. Unhappy experience.

Pleasant stay. Has all the necessity; hair dryer, slippers, safe box, fridge, kettle Breakfast has both indoor and outdoor seating

Room was spacious and check in was smooth. Linked to the the curve mall and make it easy to find food ir shopping. Recommended

We stayed in this hotel a number of times. It's conveniently located by the Malls and MRT station. So it's easy to go for food and shopping. The only inconvenience is that in the middle of the night there are testing sounds from IKEA which is opposite and it's very loud. Now we are always asking to give us the took on the other side. Otherwise we like staying at this hotel.

There is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The rubbish in the room was not cleared during cleaning. The food was average, and the service for refilling milk at the coffee machine took a long time. We had to request multiple times before the staff took action.

Convenience place,easy + connect to mall and very confortable to holiday with loved once👍❤️ Will repeat stay here😊

Love the smell and mostly when am check in at Royale chulan I will get the room attached with bathip but in Royale chulan the curve its only shower but the hotel is neat n clean ❤️❤️ it

Strategic location for shopping, so many choice of shop & restaurant

Perfect weekend staycation

Hotel is strategic location plus connected with shopping mall. Easy to explore food and find entertainment at nights such as karaoke. Cleanliness of room and pool is tiptop. The only thing is interior wise tv room feels like living in the 90s. But overall is nice hotel to stay in for short vacay in town.

Day 1 - only 1 towel available, stains on bedsheet, no phones on bedside, air conditioning noises so loud we had to move to another room at 11pm. Day 2 - broken safe, phone out of order, stains on bedsheets, counter top in toilet moulded, toilet lights black out twice!!! The only good thing about this hotel is the location, nothing else! Worst experience I’d ever had!

Overall stay was positive, service was great, except aircon is very cold and thermostat is not working.

Nice play to stay! Just next to the mall. It’s very convenient!
