Not suitable for long stay, cz no room service. I stayed here for 5 days but they do not change the towels and not top up the amenities. If short stay, shall be no problem. They even asking to throw out the rubbish by yourself.

We are very satisfied. The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. Only the lift traffic jam when check out time. The price is very reasonable, but part of it has not been completed yet. The double bed for 2 adults and 2 child is a little crowded now.

Honestly, the stay was good for the price we paid. There were a few things we think that need improvement on. 1) 6 lifts were almost perpetually full. We stayed on the #16 and it was impossible for us to enter the lift to go to the carpark. We had to take the lift up then we get to go to the carpark. Especially during check out timing. 2) better signage to locate the building 3) room is well equipped but no tissue box & room slippers provided. We love the service! Their service was superb & fast response even in the middle of the night. Requested to change new bedsheets , no questions asked n fast response to get a service staff to get my bedsheet changed within 10mins. Asked for a convenient stall nearby. Their first answer was there is no convenient stall nearby. But after abt 1hr , customer service text to tell me that there's a new convenient stall that will launch the next day. So nice of her to update me. Aircon & water heater works great! 😊 Thanks so much for the stay ☺️

I recently stayed at a hotel and found that it offered good value for the price. However, the location and the process of getting into the hotel were quite challenging. The ride-share drivers often got lost when picking me up, which was frustrating. Additionally, the bed and mattress were slightly hard and felt smaller than expected for a double bed. Overall, the experience reminded me more of an Airbnb than a traditional hotel.

The building surrounded by other constructions explains the poor cleanliness. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the dust is everywhere due to ongoing construction. Upon arrival, I found a broken sliding door and a dusty floor. I reported the issues to the helpline, and the sliding door was repaired immediately, but the cleaning was never done. The sofa and bed gaps were extremely dirty, and the acoustics were terrible. Upstairs, the unit constantly moved furniture, making loud noises that disturbed my sleep throughout the night. I won’t return and won’t recommend this hotel.

for me, the location is a little bit difficult to find and many road are closed but the room is so beautiful and comfortable, i had a very cozy night there! will repeat it again soon! ＞＜ the only problem was the lift, it was too slow and only went up to pick up the customers level by level, so for customers that living around 20th and below would stuck for a long time waiting for the lift, i hope for the next visit, it will be improved!! good job and good luck!!

The double bed for 2 adults and 1 child is a little crowded now. Next time we will consider a larger room. Location very near 1 Utama, the curve, and kidzania. A lot kid activities can do.

It was a really nice stay.. Nearer to TTDI so have a lot of restaurant options to explore The location is quite confusing because it's still undergoing developments but the check in made it easier by sending the video of the route to the apartment... The pool was the best The room quite spacious and clean

The suite is new, there is still a new renovated smell in the room. Other than that, the overall staying experience is good.

This service apartment is in Empire City. Newly opened. Location is good as near to Petaling Jaya and it is easy to get Grab. The waiting area is B3. The studio unit is complete for a short stay with a basic kitchenette. There is a fridge but it wasn't connected to a power socket so it was not usable. For toiletries, there is only shower gel and shampoo. The shower area is next to the toilet bowl & there is no partition to separate them. The shower pressure is good. The towel is clean. The whole place is clean. The mattress is comfortable although a bit stiff and the pillows are comfy too. One pillow per pax. The whole place is full of high rise under development but it wasn't noisy. The building itself is 39 floors with 6 fast lifts. On Saturday, there was a crowd waiting for the lifts and the same when we checked out on Sunday. All 6 lifts serve all floors so those of us staying on the lower floors had to wait quite long to get a lift down during check out time. We had a few worried minutes when the lift wouldn't move down after it stopped at floor 5. Someone told us over the intercom to push the doors when they are closing so that the doors would be closed properly so two guys did that. The lift began moving down but due to the peak hour, it stopped at every floor & the two guys would have to help push the doors close every time as the doors were closing. This caused all us anxiety. I hope the management will look into the problems. I was told to contact the customer care through WhatsApp if I need help but they aren't helpful. The services management company, Flash unfortunately is offering guests money rewards if they give 5-star reviews meaning there will be fake 5-star reviews.

New and clean hotel with great facilities. Just that the hot water in the room need to be improved as the hot water is still quite cold…

For the accommodation it own , overall acceptable, just the location not so convenient , no have mrt nearby. Has one bus stop nearby with few minutes walking distance, but the signboard for bus stop not clear enough. For the service, management need to improve too. Because when I request mineral water from the cleaner and showing the key room , then he ask me request from customer service, so I text customer service via whatapps, but no one reply my messages, cause I stay there for roughly 6 nights with just 2 bottle of water provided. Hopefully management side will take note and make improvement.

The apartment is brand new with great furnishings. Everything is top-notch. Apartment is fully equipped with appliances like refrigerator, induction with pan, utensils etc. me and my wife had pleasant two-day stay here and will definitely return. The staff was super courteous, and not to mention their WhatsApp service is great. Everything can be conveyed through WhatsApp.

The room is perfect for a business trip, the facilities is superb and the view is awesomee!! Will repeat again for sure!
