I stayed here and i am very satisfied. The room is very quiet, nice and huge for me. Recommended 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

1st, I found the place but the entrance wasn't there. Due to construction. Had to go 1 big round of 10 min drive. Then parking is rm6 per day. Not included. Water Heater spoil. Cannot fix or change room for us. The place looks clean and tidy but dusty. Our towel also had bits of cluster dust. The surrounding area is very run down.

It's a good unit. The amenities are complete. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble to reach this destination. Pretty complicated. And while I was sleeping, noise from above disturbing my family. Overall pkay.

We gave this a try because we stayed at Paxtonz next door which is run by the same group. But were quite disappointed with the attempted charge of 10 RM per each item of bedsheet, pillow, linen for our fifth family member. The booking and listing is for 5 adults can sleep in this room type and they didn't provide any bedding for the sofa bed in advance. Anyways after talking to them and going to lobby reception, I got it myself from one of their staff at their linen room. Yes they were busy during the National holidays but that's not an excuse for attempting to overcharge me for something I paid for already. No toothbrush or coffee / tea bags provided. Pool and gym at 39/F. Parking is paid by guests themselves.

last min booking for colleague and informed need to wait for 30 mins for system to reflect new booking. but luckily it only took 15mins to reflect. enjoyed stay alone as no one stayed at the same floor 😂

Room was ok, but the table and bed not too clean. Air conditioning was cold..

1. Towel Shortage 3 adults + 1 child (9 years old) stayed 4 nights Only 3 towels provided, insufficient for all guests 2. Toilet Paper No extra rolls were provided during the stay Could have been inconvenient over 4 nights 3. Slippers Not Provided Listing stated slippers included, but none were provided Particularly problematic for older guests due to cold floor 4. Missing Kitchenware No cooking utensils provided, despite listing showing stove/kitchenware available Made cooking difficult for the stay

Overall ok, just abit dusty. The counter staff is friendly.

It's TERRIBLE & WORST. Already 5 times i go to MOSSAZ, but this is totally NIGHTMARE & NOT RECOMMENDED HOST. Change my room at last minutes and said upraded room but what i get it is really nightmare. -Light at living room broken (u need to eat with the dim light-source from 2 rooms) -No internet & netflix -Fan remote at living room missing. -Toilet door cannot moving. The slide broken. -Sofa got dirt marks. - DO NOT PUT CUSHION PILLOW if u didn't wash it. Really dirty. -THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES of Leisure Suite. PLEASE AVOID IF U GET THIS UNIT.. Make a complaints to CS, they said technician staf will coming,but waiting till midnight no body come. And also NO FURTHER ACTION FROM THIS HOST. 🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡

We stayed for 5 days but no housekeeping at all. When we asked to clean our room, nobody came. The rubbish not being picked up. The day for check out more worse. We have to wait for lift more than 30 minutes. We have to the stairs to get to lobby. This is the worse hotel i have ever stayed.

Pros: -Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people -Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture -The condo is newly build so everything is new -Free parking at basement -Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter -kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided Cons: -only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39) -floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor -swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason -lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time -quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car =Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.
