交通方便，房間非常好。工作人員服務熱情周到。設施齊全，莊園環境優美，環境安靜，非常適合旅拍。城堡自己製作的紅酒價格不貴也非常好喝。

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Château Pape Clément vineyard in the Pessac appellation in Bordeaux, France. This stay was not only the highlight of our entire two-week vacation in France, but also the most fantastic accommodation we have ever experienced. Our room was the suite named “the White room” (photo attached) and I felt like a princess. The staff were friendly, helpful and absolutely the best hospitality professionals anywhere in the world. The property is historic (over 700 years old) and exudes a charm that you instantly feel on the free tasting and tour of the grounds that is included in the price of the room. As you might expect, the rooms are expensive, but well worth the splurge as a once in a lifetime experience.

We had so much fun staying at Pape Clément! Despite the rain, we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend staying there. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. The tours of the chateau and winery were very nice. Liked walking the grounds too!

Beautifully restored 19th century chateau surrounded by vineyards, yet close to Bordeaux. Had an amazing one night stay followed by a great tour of the winery and a wine tasting the next day Spectacular chateau, gardens and vineyard!

I'm a generally thrifty person, so when I booked a one-night stay at this price point I cringed a little. But I'm SO GLAD I did! We had an amazing time. David, the concierge, was an absolute treasure. He was friendly, enthusiastic, and gave us a wonderful tour of the grounds packed with interesting historical facts. The food and wine were great. The wine tour and tasting were also quite fun, and all of the staff were super helpful and spoke perfect English. The building itself was gorgeous and the room very comfortable with exactly the kind of old-fashioned luxury you expect from the photos.

Hotel was amazing but do not order from the gift shop. we ordered a bulk of wine to be shipped. it has been a nightmare. the manager will not take accountability but lies and provides excuses why it is not her fault. buyer beware if you order from their gift shop. Not the level of service you should expect from a supposed high end location

I stayed here with my Fiancé for one night and we had such an amazing stay. From the moment you enter the beautiful Chateau you are treated like family. We were handed a glass of wine and given a small tour of the Chateau immediately when checking in. I felt like I was staying in a museum. From the artwork, to the décor, to the historical pieces in the common areas and in your room, this place was truly amazing. The ground were beautiful and I like how they labeled everything so you new what type of trees/flowers/plants that you were looking at when exploring. The garden and winery were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I felt like a king in the Egregore suite. We chose the romantic package and had some Champage in our room with the windows open overlooking part of the vineyard. I also had some fresh flowers delivered to the room. The service was unmatched. This is the definition of 5 star service. Anything you want they are there to provide. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. We stayed for dinner and the food was delicious. The veggies were all from their garden. The breakfast was incredible and had anything you could ever want at breakfast. The wine was of course delicious as well. I recommend doing the wine tasting so you get a more detailed tour of the winery. I highly recommend staying here for at least one night. It is a very unique place that you will not find anywhere else in the world.

My friend and I spent one glorious night (wish it could have been more) at this very special property. We were greeted with smiles and treated like royalty. A step back in time with all modern comforts anyone needs. The Winegrowers tour was absolutely perfect- informative, fun and the tastings were great. We enjoyed a three course meal in this beloved castle and felt every bit a king and queen. After dinner wine overlooking the most wonderful tree from the French Revolution was beyond special. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the memories we will always cherish- well done Chateau Pape!!

We were treated like royalty upon our late evening arrival by a host who was most attentive to our every need. The castle was abundant with centuries old charm and decadence. I was impressed by how we were able to order late night delicious meals brought to our rooms. I was particularly pleased to indulge in the fragrant Guerlain bath products. The grounds feature cheerful yet sophisticated, manicured landscapes including actively growing and productive vineyards. The ivory colored china in the breakfast room was classy and elegant. The attention to detail was everywhere present. The owner and his staff of this French historical site clearly prioritize their passion for providing guests with a memorable and personalized experience.

This was a trip with my husband. We are trying to learn more about French wines and staying here seemed to be a great opportunity to do that. The chateau was amazing. The staff exceptional. Bernard greeted us and treated us like gold for our 4 days there. This is an elegant place. It is not for those who prefer more casual dress and environment. Beautiful decor, classy and great food!!!

Be a king and queen for the day when staying in this chateau. The property is rich in history. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated with wonderful amenities. The staff is outstanding and very personable. Breakfast is served in your room or with other guests downstairs. They also have dinner available. You can drink wine on the veranda or in any of the salons. A wonderful experience and will be back!
