Hotel Bella Italia

Just returned from a fantastic week's stay at the hotel. My wife and our 9 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at your wonderful hotel, from the pool area where you can monitor the kids from any point to the always cheerful and helpful staff. The fact that there were no sunbed wars was an absolute pleasure, the hotel facilities are only available to hotel guests and the lifeguards on duty do an excellent job monitoring this. You do get the use of the adjoining camp site and it's waterpark which is another added bonus, there are numerous restaurants and bars within the campsite the furthest away being just a 10/15 minute walk and the closest being right next to the hotel itself, access to the lake again is around a 15 minute walk. We ventured to Gardaland Via a taxi ordered from the hotel, and caught the road train from the campsite into peshiera for an afternoon lunch. Breakfast at the hotel was laid back and there was a good selection of pastries, fruit, cereals breads etc, real fruit juices and good coffee another bonus. Our room was on the ground floor Number 7 (Limone) which was ironic as the one other time we visited the lake we stayed in Limone!!! The room was fine, the bathroom, in particular the shower could do with some tlc, but hey ho, you don't go on holiday to sit in your room!!!! Would definitely have no hesitation recommending the hotel to friends/family, a really laid back chilled out experience and will most certainly return in the future.

Stayed early July 2024 in an interconnected room for a family of 4. Very handy having 2 bathrooms, showers, balcony’s etc. Pros: The hotel staff are very friendly Hotel is very clean No sunbed wars Relaxed pool area V campsite pool chaos Pool towels are provided Full access to campsite facilities Really close to the lake Breakfast included Beautiful pool view from balcony Masseuse onsite 10/10 Cons Rooms and bathrooms whilst spotless are very outdated, that’s it! Other extended family members booked a deluxe room and the floor they were on (3rd) was actually like a different hotel it was fabulous! These rooms have new modern bathrooms, showers, beds, floor, wardrobes everything basically was fab and more what I would consider 4 star standard. Hopefully Hotel Bella Italia will refurb the rest of the rooms to bring them up to this standard soon.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the deluxe room which was modern and comfortable for our family of 3. The staff were always kind and eager to help us with any questions. The amenities are truly the best part and the reason we would surely return. The indoor and outdoor pool were very clean and well managed. There’s a bar and seating area that sits in front of the pool so you can watch your kids play while you drink a coffee or enjoy some pizza. The restaurant next to the hotel was really good. We went there for lunch both days and received good food and fast service. The hotel is connected to it’s sister site which is a camping resort that you get full access to when you have a reservation with the hotel. Although we didn’t get to explore The full camping site, we were so impressed with how big it was and all the things you could do in just one place. Everything was extremely kid friendly. There is a water park, multiple restaurants and bars, a place for bike rentals, and even a mini grocery store! The best part was the short distance down to the lake. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend this place to families looking to visit the area.

Fantastic stay in a Tulipano Apartment for our 10 day family holiday. The apartment was well equipped, with a microwave, hob, fridge so we could choose to cook (supplies from campsites supermarket- reasonable price and a good selection) or to go out for lunch and dinner (recommend La Locanda downstairs from apartment, and La Terraze on the campsite for the views of Lake Garda). Room was cleaned each day and beds made. Beds comfy, air conditioning powerful and breakfast at hotel excellent and varied. This really was the best of both worlds - the private hotel pool for guests, where you never struggled to get a sun lounger, plus the indoor pool and sauna, but also all the facilities of Camping Bella Italia open to you. We took our own table tennis bats and balls and played each day on the camp tables, plus enjoyed the slides and aqua aerobics in the larger pools. We visited 'Bel Park' every evening - an extra charge for tokens for activities here but the kids loved the bumper cars, bumper boats and table hockey. The hotel/campsite is so well located for a walk to Peschiera to enjoy shops and restaurants in the town or to catch a ferry to other locations across the lake (highly recommend). There is also a bus stop 100m from the hotel for buses to Verona (about an hour) or to Sirmione and beyond. We hired a bike from campsite to go to Sirmione (about 45 mins). We had a wonderful stay and are so pleased we chose Hotel Bella Italia.

I would recommend this hotel to families, as there are many pools, restaurants for everyone and the staff are very helpful and there is a kids club for children. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake, where fireworks happen every 15 days as well as shows at the campsite.

Just returned from a wonderful stay. The beds we’re comfortable. Hotel really kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The staff are really friendly, hardworking and helpful. Even though it was the height of the school holidays there was never a problem getting a sun bed . Lovely quiet hotel near to the lake and at the edge of a very very busy campsite. The hotel is mainly geared towards families with young children. The continental buffet breakfast was excellent with a really good selection but the hot food ( bacon and eggs ) was not often hot . I would definitely recommend g th his hotel .?A quiet haven with all the lively facilities of the busy campsite if you want them .
