A gem in Pescara! Staff are incredible and you will truly get the ultimate experience of great service. The rooms are clean, beds so comfortable and the linens to perfection. The breakfast… out of this world with so many varieties of eggs, pastries, fresh fruit and much more! The staff deserve a big applause! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed at the very quaint hotel. Highly recommend it for its location so close to the beach, restaurants and in the central pedestrian area of the city. The hotel staff starting with Giuseppe, Mauro, Adriano & Micaela could not make you feel more welcome. Coming in from a long journey we were greeted at the door by Giuseppe who quickly understood we were in need of a cold drink. The staff were attentive, the rooms are clean and the gym comes in handy. Hats off to the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room quickly and most efficiently each day. We thank you and look forward to staying with you again. Will definitely recommend this property.

Offering an excellent situation in the Via Piave (a rather calm pedestrian street, but still close the Piazza della Rinascita and to the beach), the Victoria Hotel is a rather small hotel with charming rooms. We had the suite which provides plenty of space and was always kept clean. Breakfast is Italian-style with plenty of sweets. Most of all, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help... and will sometimes invite you for an aperitivo! Highly recommended!

Our stay here was the best experience ever. All the staff were brilliant and made us feel like part of their family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The customer service was exceptional as were the rooms and breakfast. Will definitly return.

Excellent hotel. Nice staff and very comfortable beds. Bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. Located across the street from the beach. Lots of shopping within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of selection and beautifully presented. Minor issue. They should have a “petty cash” for people who want to pay cash for their stay or for incidentals.

From the first emails of correspondence with the people at the reception of this hotel, Mrs. Mihaela and Mr. Joseph, we were treated with the greatest respect and all our requests were favorably resolved, in the smallest details, from the express choice of the room, the desired floor and number, to the details regarding access to certain areas of the of the city, recommended beaches, recommended restaurants, restaurant reservations, etc. And so on All with great joy from the entire reception staff, for which we thank and congratulate you! Taxis were even ordered for us, and upon arrival, they came out to meet us, to pick up our luggage, on the street, Mr. Joseph and his colleague, extraordinarily beautiful gestures. Thank you! We also congratulate the entire room cleaning staff (our room 404) for the impeccable daily cleaning of the room, the daily change of not only the towels but also all the bed linen, as well as the personalized cosmetics. The quality of the towels and bed linen, the quality of the mattresses and the comfort of the room were exceptional, 100% perfect. We also want to congratulate the entire breakfast staff, an excellent breakfast, served with great promptness and of impeccable product quality. Unlimited fresh fruits and vegetables. Breakfast hours from 7 to 11 AM, which is excellent, because the end of breakfast at 10 AM is too early. It was also nice that the owner was present in the hotel every day, with a smile for each customer and a cordial greeting and a question if everything is OK! We congratulate him for his kindness and for the family created at the hotel with all the staff and family in which we felt as customers. A superb overall atmosphere and one of the top 3 best boutique hotels we've stayed at! It is rightly rated as hotel no. 1 from Pescara!
