Private: garden 3'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 1 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Pesaro" 15 km, sandy beach "Pesaro" 15 km. The house is spacious, large living room. It stays cool despite the high temperatures. The shaded garden is very pleasant, the perched cabin offers a place for children to play. Very good stay.
