Very nice, family run B&B old style Italian country house with good size grounds.
Well stocked common kitchen, good breakfast, well sized room with full facilities.
Lots of space for parking.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Altogether, a very good place to stay at whilst visiting the area around Perugia.

Great B&B in a beautifully quiet tranquil setting
Great B&B in a lovely secluded, quiet and tranquill setting. We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean with modern bathroom. The breakfast always had lots of variety and options available. Just a short drive to Perugia with lots to see in the town, and a great base for day trips further afield, Todi and Spello were our favourite places, but so many other great places to visit nearby. Was lovely sitting in the garden swing chair with a beer in the evening. Really appreciated the washing facilities too as we were half way through a 2 week holiday. Highly recommended

The hosts of the property make youfeel very welcome and explain everything well ...we did not speak italian and they spoke excellent English...kept in touch on the day of arrival and had even sorted a restaurant close by ...have to say food and atmosphere were great ...definitely recommend both.

Il posto è bellissimo, immerso nel verde e molto silenzioso. Sia la camera che il bagno privato sono molto spaziose. Gestione famigliare, tutta la famiglia disponibile per consigli in ogni campo, dal culinario in poi. Comodo a tutto, il parcheggio di parco Sant' angelo (gratuito) è a circa 25 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo a tutti, animali benvenuti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Bed and Breakfast pulito e organizzato. In posizione strategica, vicino Perugia, è immerso nella natura. Colazione ricca e gustosa. Posto incantevole e silenzioso e, soprattutto, famiglia accogliente e gentile. Da ritornarci quanto prima.

Siamo stati ospiti presso questa struttura a giugno scorso. Piacevole subito al primo impatto! Il b&b dispone di una cucina in comune. Tutte le stanze hanno il bagno privato e viene fornita tutta la biancheria necessaria. L'arredamento è stile inizi del '900, pensato per far provare l'emozione di vivere una casa rurale umbra garantendo la totale tranquillità. Le camere, pulite ed accoglienti, sono insonorizzate e con porte antirumore. Letto comodo con materasso memory. In ogni camera sono collocati frigo, tavolo, macchina per il caffè e bollitore per thè o tisane. E' possibile consumare la colazione anche all'interno della stanza cosi da essere liberi di svegliarsi all'ora desiderata. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera matrimoniale Orchidea, a nostro avviso la più romantica, dotata di finestra e lucernario. L'intera struttura è coperta dal WiFi. Location veramente incantevole, ambienti puliti e molto curati anche nei piu piccoli dettagli. Quello che lo rende speciale è l'attenzione e la discrezione dei proprietari nel gestire la struttura, offrendo ogni comodità e facendo sentire i clienti come a casa propria, un esempio di professionalità e di vera ospitalità. La colazione è stata ricca e soddisfacente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Merita il massimo del punteggio e lo consigliamo sicuramente a chi sceglie una vacanza in pieno relax in questa zona.
