Travel with sister and the counter service need some improvement as they did not record all guests name in their booking system which end up some misunderstanding. Breakfast is good.

The location is good but I am definitely not happy with the service. Firstly, using app to request additional shower cap but nobody responded at all, secondly the hair dryer in the room exposing the electricity line outside which is extremely dangerous, and my complaint was not responded as well. Lastly, my room rate covered breakfast but they still wrongly charged me, if I did not notice this, they will just double charged me. So do check your bill before leaving the hotel.

Location is conveniently located not far from CBD,and all the attractions, breakfast are decent. Enjoy the poach eggs

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth exceeded expectations. Ideally situated in Perth's CBD directly opposite RAC Arena, this modern hotel offers exceptional convenience to city attractions, Northbridge's dining scene, and public transport. My room featured the signature Four Points bed which delivered blissful comfort, along with modern amenities including free high-speed WiFi, a spacious workspace, and a well-appointed bathroom with rainfall shower. The 24-hour fitness center offered quality equipment for maintaining my exercise routine, while The Eatery's buffet breakfast provided an impressive array of fresh options to start each day. The Best Brew Bar and Kitchen serves excellent craft beers and locally-inspired comfort food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Perth and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and the beddings very comfortable. Clean bathrooms added to the comfort. Though located in the CBD area, you might need to walk 10-15 mins for nearby restaurants. It's just a 6-minute drive to Elizabeth Quay, 15 mins walk to Perth Central Station. The breakfast spread was fair. Overall, a good stay!

Breakfast was basic n never changed. Free drinks at the reception, free yellow cat bus within the city. Overall acceptable but nothing fantastic.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. This place is truly remarkable and I can't recommend it enough. First off, its location is a dream. There are subway stations and bus stops in the vicinity, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Right downstairs, there's a convenience store where you can easily pick up any essentials you might need. The rooms are nothing short of amazing. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and with a modern, fresh decor. The staff members are always polite and ready to assist. However, it's not without its minor flaws. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. There's a limited variety, and the taste just isn't up to par. Surprisingly, the best thing I had for breakfast was the cereal you can buy in the store. Another odd thing is the absence of a hairdryer in the room. It's quite perplexing considering they provide body lotion to guests and there's even an iron in the room, but not hairdryer? But despite these small issues, they really don't overshadow the overall wonderful experience I had at this hotel.

Almost everything is good, but just we got a room with a spoiled towel handler. We got into the room, and the towel handler was not fixed.

Stayed for 4 nights. Room was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 young children. Breakfast spread were provided but do not expect like a Full spread of buffet with a variety of food, however chef and staff were friendly and accommodating to request. Spreads doesn’t change, except maybe chef special for 1 of the day. Otherwise you might experience a boring meal if you stay for too long. Housekeeping were extremely efficient and helpful. Amenities - if there were a swimming pool that would be prefect for the kids..

There’s parking next to the hotel, so I choose this hotel. Good restaurant. Good breakfast.

Good Hotel

Hotel is ok not new but in the CBD. Breakfast is ok and amenities are clean. It is a nice experience and stay. Highly recommend as it is not expensive.
