The environment is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the floor is not clean enough, and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The rest of the part is perfect.

Nice hotel with a sea view! Friendly and nice hotel staffs, especially Mr Trang from the Breakfast restaurant. He is very professional and helpful.

Another good location for at baracks sq for the free ( blue) cat bus service 2-3 stop to king park .. right in front of bell tower , we stay in room 1506 we got both view the river and the tower right from our room

We stayed for 8 days and truly enjoyed our stay. Respnsive housekeeping service, clean room with nice waterfront view plus a good location very near Elizabeth Quay. The F&B Manager, Trung had been very hospitable and friendly during our daily hotel breakfast sessions. One suggestion is to have more variety in food choices for occupants on longer stays.

Very professional and friendly front desk. Helped with directions and booking of taxi. The welcome cookies is a real treat.

Super good location and awesome stuffs. East t o get around as there is the Blue Cat Bus near the hotel. (Less than 1 mins walk). Walking distance to shopping area. However, the towels were found dirty with stains (but they changed it promptly when I informed them). In general, its a lovely stay. I just wished the give me a higher floor. Will be returning soon to this hotel!

Location was good. Parking is complex, near CPP Terrace or by the roadside. Stayed here for 5 days with a child. Difficult to stop at hotel lobby without shelter at the front. Service staff was OK, but housekeeping was bad to worse as the days go. Shower gel, tissue box and water were not refilled. Toilet not cleaned properly. Baby cot didn't come with proper mattress only until last day, not sure what happened. Extremely disappointed with housekeeping, beyond poor. Not advisable for family with young children.

Location is great, rooftop bar’s view is nice, but a bit noisy in room, you can hear your neighbors open & close door; lift takes time as well. But overall experience is not bad, just not like super amazed

They give us an accessible handicap room ; asking for change but was rejected. Hotel lobby is never like a usual 5 stars hotel experience. He was rather disappointed as there is not even so far to cater to the weight of guest at the counter. There were only one at night or two receptionist in the evening for service. So guess haveto wait when another person is asking for something .. A very small establishment with a 3- star hotel narrative. Location was great Super near to all the bus station tourist-spot, which has a carnival at a time.

Front desk staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Carpark is inconvenient, it’s at the public carpark which tends be quite full on working days. I feel like they are lack of staff? There’s no concierge or bell desk. Room is basic, no toothbrush, no shower cap etc were given. Been to a couple of Hilton doubletree, won’t recommend this.
