Well-located, convenient to CBD, a little dated. Good pool which could use a little more seating. Rooms are quite large

The hotel was clean and overall neat and tidy. Very good location.

The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well. Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night. But overall still a great place to stay at.

Hotel was lovely, but took a while when it came to service. Very low on staff it appeared, when we got the service, it was great and very friendly.

Had a good enough stay for about a week. A bit far from the train stations but also relatively quiet area. I do think accessing the gym and swimming pool here was a bit inconvenient with where you have to go to but the room we stayed in was the defining feature overall so the hotel did its service.

Excellent service large rooms clean bedsheets. Breakfast was ok. Convenient location to SGT. Overall excellent stay

Blessed to be located where we were... however the pixie of hotel & window view was different to our actual booking offer? & our first day we arrived we enjoyed the hotel shower once, throughout the rest of our stay no hot water??? And assumed the hotel had timer on hot water our only downfall about mercure ✅️

I’d rate this as one of the best bang for your bucks in terms of location and accessibility, services and comfort.

What I paid for it this was fine. Nothing fancy but a solid 4 star. Proper bath in the bathroom.Good rooftop pool. Right in the city. A microwave in the room would’ve been nice.

The hotel is very tidy, location wise, as it is walk in to the city and to Elizabeth Quay and other restaurants. The only downside is parking as the hotel doesn't have private parking for safety reasons. Some toiletries were not present and empty. But over all the hotel is good.

Totally worth the price! The location is the main highlight! 2 blocks away from shopping area, many options for food nearby. Room is well maintained and clean. Never had any cleanliness issue. The elevator only work 1 unit, during peak hour maight be traffic but i only experienced once during my 7days stay. Staff during check in/out really nice and helpful. No toothbrush available (may be should ask?), they just forget to refill the soap and shampoo. But everything else was perfect.

Frant desk not so courteous. Amenities lacking. Breakfast limited spread of food. Overall, not up to 4 star standard.

Whilst the room is clean and functional, the hotel was a nightmare for connectivity which is non-existent. Additionally of the two lifts that lead up, only one is functional which means significant delays if you run into a massive crowd of guests checking in like I did.
