My wife and I have stayed at this Hotel numerous times but this time will be the last. Over the last several stays we had experienced declining upkeep issues but it had been bearable until the Dec stay. Upon arrival we noticed the room had a faint but obvious smell, we looked but did not find the issue until late in the evening, too late to leave as other rooms in the area were already booked. When I looked up there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. It was so bad, had it been warmer, we would have slept in the car but with freezing temps my wife wore n95 mask the rest of the night. This was on top of the already found issues such as the slide door look had been torn off, the walls had patched holes that were not finished, the Telephone had been ripped out of the wall and the cord was left hanging, the clock was unplugged from behind the headboard, metal items in the bath were rusty and the windows were filthy. The manager had always been very nice and accommodating previously and while she was not there that night or the next morning I left a message for her to call me as we got out of there very early the next morning. I did not receive a return call and about a week later I called again with my issue but was told it was told to the owner but no response from him. In early Jan I called Wyndham and told them of the issue but again up until now no response from them either. I give up, unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again and we are disappointed that Wyndham did not even respond to my discussion with their customer service reprehensive. Live and learn.
