Marlita Beach Hotel Apartments

5 Stars – A Perfect Beachside Stay! My husband James and I stayed at Marlita Apartments in Protaras this June, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming – special thanks to Maria at the front desk who helped us check in early and gave us great local tips! The location is absolutely unbeatable – literally steps away from the beautiful Marlita Bay, and only a short, scenic walk to Fig Tree Bay and the main Protaras strip. The area is peaceful enough for relaxation, but close to all the restaurants, bars, and shops you might want. Our apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a great little kitchenette, which came in handy for breakfasts on the balcony. The sea view was stunning, especially during sunrise. Housekeeping came regularly and always did a great job – thank you to Elena for being so friendly every morning! We also really appreciated the pool and sun loungers – not overly crowded, and the pool bar served great cocktails and snacks. Even our teenage daughter Sophie found it relaxing, which says a lot! All in all, Marlita Apartments exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be returning next summer. Highly recommend it for families or couples looking for a relaxing beach holiday with everything within reach.

The worst hotel ive been to! Rude stuff, the so called renovated rooms smeeled like mold, water with dirt came out of the faucet, the ac broke on the whole building in their so called renovated block, rude stuff sitting next to us complaining about the hotels management, short staffed, their all inclusive offers were not existent after 20 minute! Bed and pillows from hell One bed part fell on my foot and they didnt give a rats ass! DO NOT GO!

Eat in the hotel Restaurant , but do not risk the snack bar ! beer and soft drinks vastly over priced, the chips are usually just a step away from still being frozen. we have eaten there twice, number one meal, baked potatoes with cheese, the " baked " potatoes where solid and cold on the outside and a " bubbling mass " in the centre , with the cheese being invisible. The second meal was tuna and chips on pitta bread, the chips where still frozen , but the main complaint, the tuna had a smell to it and on opening the pitta was found to be BLACK ! and without question " way past its sell by date" and off. When you order anything, the staff can all speak a " smattering " of English , try and send food back or whatever, this ability to understand you, vanishes Eat there at your peril !

Spent 2 weeks here nice room with a king size bed Unfortunately that's all the good I can say Bad food same slop as most all inclusives flys all round the food no attempt to remove them my son was told to put a shirt on as it was health and safety but no health and safety about the bin storage 5m away from restaurant and the smell of dirty oil stored in same place. Restaurant far to small for the amount of people I've seen bigger McDonald's than this restaurant. Can't get a sun lounger after 6am people putting towels down at 10pm. Entertainment poor. Location good. Maid service excellent rooms cleaned every day. Would never go back here to big to busy. Better hotels about.

This is the fourth time we went to Cyprus to stay at the Myro Androu Beach Hotel Apartments in Protaras. Once again, we were not disappointed in the least. We like to go there when we are looking for sun, sand and a few easy days. The weather was fantastic (around 26 C) and the sea was refreshing but not cold. The sandy beaches, which are directly in front of the hotel, were clean and not overpopulated and the water was also crystal clear and inviting. The pool and its bar were also still a very nice hang out spot and although the hotel was rather occupied, sun beds around the pool were always available. We still liked to eat at the restaurant because of its location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the really excellent quality to price ratio. The shaded seating and the friendly waiters also make it an easy choice every time. The rooms were as clean as ever, but the kitchenette was a bit unnecessary for us. The big fridge we liked a lot, as it kept everything we bought on premises at the super market plenty cold. Overlooking the ocean, we really enjoyed a beverage before and after dinner. The same owners are running this family-owned business and the greeted us warmly and their staff helped us plan excursions to see the island very friendly. Once again this was money and time well spent and we will return for a nice escape from reality again.

We are hear now in Cyprus on holiday in protaras. And the Marlita Beach Hotel is closed down .it's been taken over by the Bank and so have a few other hotels around the same area. So watch what you are booking. The polycarpya Hotel has also been taken over by the Banks. We've heard from our local friends that people have turned up at hotels to find they have been shut, reps don't know what to do with them .There have been family's sleeping in empty hotel rooms over night until the reps can sort some where for ghem to go.
