Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

Amazing as always. Been a few times and it never fails. We had a warning about building work happening next to hotel but you dont really notice its there unless you look the other side. Alicia is just amazing she is always around an amazing person she is. She has become a friend and im going to miss her lots. Kristina from the restaraunt is good always has a smile on her face. George from the reception is so cute Phidias the manager is amazing aswel you always see him around. George at pool bar is fantastic aswel. Only issues this year was 1 entertainment guy Stan he was abit rude/not pleasant what so ever he had to say sorry but after he did he ignored us completely and acted abit like a child. I felt bit uncomfortable/awkward. I think when it becomes fitness etc they need to ask if there is any disadbilites/issues so they cant push you and can find an alternative instead. I had to keep tellin Stan my knees are so bad and i fall but he wouldnt listen to me. and i got accused of cheating and as i walked away he was rude. Maria from entertainment has an amazing singing voice. The food was amazing at pool bar but sadly this year the food at buffet was not the greatest. The staff tho are amazing utsiv is so cute always polite and smiling. Spa was lovely really enjoyed massage and facial very relaxing it was. I did not want to go home but I will be back again in June 2026 and im already counting down the days lol.

We loved our holiday here! For the price the all inclusive is amazing and would be a large factor in us wanting to return here; branded spirits e.g. Grey Goose, Aperol, Bacardi, Baileys, tasty cocktails I particularly loved the Frozen Strawberry Margarita and selected bottles e.g. Kopparberg, Corona. The food is also lovely, especially the pool bar open 11am-8pm which you order from a menu which has loads of options, all cooked fresh and taste great. Our room was a lovely space and was cleaned well everyday I have nothing to fault there. Everywhere else in the hotel seemed well cleaned and well maintained everything felt brand new, the pictures are a perfect representation of what you get - no false projection. The grounds of the hotel are massive so if you want to sit by the pool, sit on a sofa in the shade or further way with views of the sea you have the option, and it also makes the hotel feel like it isn't busy even though it is which is lovely! The bay attached to the hotel is lovely and loads of people spend the day there - 15 minute walk away there is a marina you can get a boat trip from. The location is a little distanced from any strip or centre but its just a 2/3 euro bus journey to Ayia Napa or Protaras, we did this many times and its super easy the bus stop is right outside the hotel. If you do visit here little bit of advice bring some jungle spray, in the shade the bugs can be very annoying! If you love amazing entertainment on an evening this may be a little underwhelming - some of the singers have some questionable voices and other acts a little boring but they have a pianist/guitarist/singer next to the restaurant every night which is lovely touch. We loved the live music on occasional days near the Pool Bar - particularly one act who sung on a Friday afternoon he was fab! Day time entertainment we always take part in and did for most of the holiday, my feedback would be they need a new dart board the bull bounces out its so hard and that a few little things that happened meant we found some members of the animation team unprofessional. I have to say the best thing about this hotel was the staff they were all so friendly and attentive - I have never felt more welcomed, they honestly make you feel like they would do anything to make you holiday better, they are a credit to the hotel. I would like to especially shout out George, Anastasia and Constantinos from the Pool bar all of which put a smile on our faces every day! Also, Utsav from the Reception Bar - I have never met a more enthusiastic and lovely employee and it was great to hear how the hotel has supported him and fellow colleagues to come to Cyprus for work from Nepal. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and would recommend going, we can certainly see why they get so many repeat customers I hope we do return.

We have vacationed here also last year. Truly overall magnificent experience! Hotel beach, garden, roooms, food, peace and quite. And bonus are the cats!

This hotel is really nice , the food at the pool bar is amazing, the staff are also amazing, big shout out to George at the pool bar, he just goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome, all the staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful, go out of their way make sure everyone is happy with their food, the drinks are also very good, the young boys at the lobby bar are very friendly and always offering drinks, rooms are kept very clean, aircon was very good, nice big room, definitely going back 👍👍

Me and my fiancée had the most amazing 2 weeks here and the entertainment team made our holiday the best it could possibly be. They were kind and made us laugh, day after day without fail and made us feel welcome in all the activities. Will definitely be returning again next year.

I t was our first time going away together and we had the most amazing time together the food was lovely and the restaurant staff and entertainment staff were excellent we had a great time joining in the activities and the staff made it funny, it was our 6 month anniversary on the 25 june and my fiance had a surprise planned and the staff helped him arrange it we had a table just by the beach and 3 course meal which was not included off the menu then my fiance proposed to me I was in shocked and emotional and of course I said yes but most of the staff were in on the surprise and just believe how special they made it for both of us we definitely will be going back next year or maybe the year after
