Elix, Mar-Bella Collection

If you are thinking of going somewhere different , beautiful and relaxing...Elix is for you! From the moment you enter the environment feels like paradise, the smell ,the view and all the people are so kind! The food unexpectedly good! Not the typical buffet food. There was a great variety of choices in both food and desserts...! The room had the most amazing view, the sea when you were laying down looking outside, was literally on my feet giving you the feeling that you are touching the water! I was enjoying the sunset just from my bed! The people there, so professional, everything so well-managed and so heartwarming making you feel comfortable the moment you step in! The fastest service I've ever seen! All these simple makes Elix the most unique hotel in Greece! Thank you so much for everything! We will come back for sure!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

We stayed at the Elix in August. Having read some of the TripAdvisor reviews I was abit worried, mainly about the noise and the size of the pool. The journey from the airport was long, about 1hr 45mins but the driver was excellent and knew the roads well. It was worth the long transfer for a 10 night stay, maybe not for a 7, for me. Checkin was relaxed and we were soon in our rooms. The rooms are large and have stunning views. We were in a part of the hotel with quite a few steps, no lifts. It was fine until my husband badly sprained his ankle on the boat trip. The food at this hotel is excellent, I love that you can eat at the pool for lunch on AI, again so good. The beach area was great, water too choppy to take canoes etc out after lunch but 10am was the best time of day. The pool area was great, never a shortage of sun loungers, good service from the bar staff, the pool was big enough for everyone and never got overly busy while I was there. Yes, maybe one or two kids having a mad half hour here and there but that’s totally normal. Mostly very peaceful. This hotel is remote and the taxi situation in peak times is strained. However the location is so great that we didn’t want to go far anyway. The evening entertainment was low key and chilled out, we really enjoyed it but maybe too quiet for others. I would definitely go again, although maybe early or late season as it was so hot, over 30 most of the time. The wine list had so many really good Greek wines on it, and every member of staff we spoke to knew so much about them. I will definitely be back to this hotel and to this group in the future. The airport heading home is very small, so don’t get there too early as you can’t get through to main area until 2 hours before flight anyway.

We have just back from our second time at the Elix, Marbella and it is a fabulous hotel. The beach is wonderful, the hotel is spotless and the food perfect. It is a wonderful place to go for a relaxing holiday. The staff are all very helpful and considerate. We would really like to go back there again!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! From the welcoming drink and personal check in to the farewell. Decided to go AI and it worked for us . Loved the dine around experience especially at the Indigo !! Well done Niko and all the staff who welcomed us every lunch time. The hotel is exceptional with wonderful staff who go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Quick mention to Irene at the lounge bar who always brought us evening drinks with a smile! We had a corner room with stunning views across the sea to Corfu and Paxos. The views are truly outstanding. Highly recommend the hotel. Hope to return one day. Great team! Keep up the good work !!

Stunning hotel! This hotel was beautiful. My room was great with its own pool. The food was great! My husband loved the tennis court and the instructor! The beach activities were fun and great touch . I went back to the uk telling everyone how beautiful this place was

We visited Elix in June '24 and had wonderful time. We are couple with 4y old child and we can say only that everything was absolutely perfect. Mr.Janis, hotel manager is very professional and polite. Only disadventage from our point of view was long trip from Belgrade, because we traveled by car since airport is not so close to Elix.

This place is so dreamy it laterally has everything you can ask for. It was like my imagination brought to reality. Everything was well thought out, beautifully executed and taken care of to every little detail. Definitely will be coming back here for a long time.

Stayed in a 'junior suite': very little indoor space for 2 adults and a child. No main door on the bathroom even, so had to shout warnings for privacy (sorry if I'm too Victorian...). Our private pool was luxurious, granted, but more indoor space would have been welcome. My main gripe, apart from room size, is the buffet. At breakfast the buffet offering was acceptable. Just what you would expect, nothing phenomenal. That's ok, I'm not one for an elaborate breakfast. But the buffet spread at dinner was dire. The worst night was the Asian buffet. Inedible. The European buffet night was not much better. Bland food, very uninspiring. The beach was amazing - very warm, and has a nice cafe. Although there is a funicular to the beach it's stiflingly hot inside (please someone cut out a window). Staff everywhere super attentive and welcoming. We didn't use the communal pool - but it seems strange there is only one for a resort this size. Yes a lot of guests have their own pool, but you would expect at least 2 communal pools. Nice enough to have visited once, but we won't be back.

What a hotel! I can't find words... From the moment you stepped in you felt welcome. We had all inclusive and it was outstanding. All three restaurants were perfect. The service outstanding. The pool bar got a visit and was just as good. We spent most of our time down on the beach. I admired the staff toiling in 40 degree heat. Not a single sulky face despite all the running. A big compliment to them. In the evening we enjoyed the hotel bar with musical entertainment. Wonderful staff there too. Mustn't forget the breakfast staff. This fantastic woman who stood and made self-composed omelettes. All staff incredibly service minded. We thank you all for a wonderful week except the Chefs who made me put on 3 kilos.
