Mount View Hotel B&B

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE SHEETS AND NOW I AM SUFFERING FROM THE CONTAGIOUS DISEASES. HYGIENE ISSUE!!! Absolutely unacceptable experience. First, they assigned me the wrong room — a clear downgrade from what I paid for. Only after repeatedly insisting did the front desk lady reluctantly switch me to the correct one. But it gets worse. The new room was disgusting. The bedsheets and pillows were visibly stained and covered in crumbs. When I demanded clean linen (as any sane person would), the staff refused. The woman had the ******** to say, “Oh, the previous guest only laid on top.” EXCUSE ME? That’s your excuse for not changing the sheets? The story continues: I’ve now been diagnosed with a contagious infection, and according to my doctor, the incubation period lines up EXACTLY with my stay at your property. Disgusting. The breakfast is good tho. But you definitely won’t have any mount view, and it’s about 45 min to the mount. PS: The photos might look fine, but they were taken after the front desk staff brushed off the crumbs in an attempt to hide the mess—her first reaction when I complained about the cleanliness. Clearly, the level of filth was beyond her ability.
