I had booked a stay at this hotel but unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to a flight cancellation to Lombok. I reached out to the hotel immediately, explaining my situation and asking about the possibility of a refund. However, I received absolutely no response to my message. I even tried calling multiple times, but my calls went unanswered.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Communication is key, especially in situations like this, but the staff here clearly don’t care about their guests. If they can’t even manage to respond to a simple inquiry, I shudder to think how they would handle actual issues during a stay.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise future guests to avoid this place. It’s not worth the risk of dealing with such unprofessional behavior. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that value their guests and provide the service you deserve.
