Premier Inn Bangor (Gwynedd, North Wales)

Fantastic Plus room. Very comfortable extra-large bed. Super waterfall shower. Wonderful smelly lotions/showergel. Mini-fridge with 2x bottles of water (but none of the advertised snacks). Wifi and large TV with good choice of channels. Good location for Anglesey and North/West Welsh coast. Unfortunately let down by an inferior breakfast (Easter Monday). Order took half an hour to arrive, some of the ordered food was missing from both of our plated orders, and the whole breakfast was cold and shrivelled up. Didn't realise they made hash browns that small!!!

The room was fine, clean & comfortable. The service and the food in the restaurant was appalling. Sadly not one of the restaurants staff appear to be one bit interested in customer service potentially leading to return business. Not good enough in this competitive day & age I'm afraid.

Outside the parking lot was a mess. Buildings looked shabby and worn. Wifi was terrible. Money grab to try and get us to upgrade to better wifi. Overall grossly overpriced compared to Holiday Inns, which are it's competitors price wise. Charged 139 pound for one night at premier Inn in Bangor, no breakfast. Charged 80 pounds next night holiday inn Liverpool, both midweek, with breakfast, no comparison, holiday inn much better. Will not be staying at premier Inns again, ever!

Best Premier Inn we have stayed in, from checking in to leaving everything was excellent. Room clean, comfy beds. Food in the restaurant was all good quality, breakfast was freshly cooked and piping hot. Location is great for visiting local areas. Would definitely return.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Room clean nice location, comfortable bed, great for for 3 star hotel. Despite been very booked it's surprisingly quiet. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.i would recommend adding breakfast to your stay it's lovely

I stayed 3 nighs a week between jan 27th till March 14th. I've already mentioned about super comfy beds and exceptional staff. Over time it seemed they were friends and nit just providing a service. This was my first Premier inn experience and I'll recommend this to everyone. Staff would run to do jobs for you like clean cups extra pillows etc. Can't praise enough.
