Premier Inn Bangor (Gwynedd, North Wales)

This is a really good Premier Inn. Lots of FREE parking. The whole place was spotlessly clean. My room was very comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was delicious. I was greeted at reception by India, she was very friendly and professional - a real credit to Premier Inn !

I can’t recommend this Premier Inn enough! The customer experience was unparalleled - Debbie and Kim were extremely welcoming and had me through check-in in no time! If you’re staying over in north wales then this is the place to stay! Great customer service, convenient and cosy!

Couldn't fault it. Bed was comfy, location was great (right on the A55), room was clean. Plenty of (free) parking. My room was reasonably quiet as was right down the end of a corridor, but even on previuos stays, noise has never been a problem. If you want somewhere to lay your head down for the night, especially if you're driving, this is pretty much perfect.

We had a stay extended due to the damage and closure of Holyhead port, We arrived on the Monday 09/12/24 for a one night stay, but with the lack of movement at the port we stated until the Friday 13/12/24. The girls were brilliant and understood the situation and accommodated us on a daily basis until we left to head to Scotland to get the boat back to Ireland. Kim, Joanne and Nicola we 5 star in looking after our needs and the hotel as superb in all we needed. Will stay again on our next trip for the reasons above. Ideal location for us as just off the A55 and near family who we was visiting for Christmas. Premier + rooms weren’t available when I initially booked, but when I checked on the day of the visit they were available so I called to see if I could upgrade. Lady I spoke to kindly upgraded us and was happy to do it free of charge even though I was happy to pay. I have stayed in many premier inns over the years but this was my first stay in a premier+ room and for the small addition cost I will definitely chose this option in the future.

Always pleasant stay at the Bangor Premier inn, on this ocassion for work. The staff are friendly and helpful. On a previous visit, i had forgotten my phone charger, and the receptionist produced a bag of spare chargers for just such moments! This time, we had a flat tyre , and the reception staff (Nicola) tried multiple taxi firms to get us to Bangor University, but all were busy. Stephen, the manager , very kindly offered us a lift and saved the day!! A huge thanks again, the staff went above and beyond.
