Soundside Holiday Beach Resort

Beautiful resort! Very clean and excellent staff and service. We highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing! The location is excellent too with shopping and dining within walking distance and easy access to everything. A++++

The location and view of the bay very nice. The ocean is across the street but an easy walk. The unit is nice. TV not the greatest as manager said they recently went to a streaming service. TV sometimes buffers. Manager came back to fix when it would not come in. All and all a nice vacation with beautiful weather. Many beach bars and restaurants near by.

older place but very well maintained and clean. the kitchen has everything you will need. this is our second time here.

The week before my wife called and explained that she had severe allergies and requested they ensure a good cleaning before our arrival. The lady she spoke with said that should not be a problem. We got there on Saturday evening and checked in. Upon putting our stuff in the unit we discovered the drapes at the sliding door to the screened in room was stained and smelled of smoke. My wife tried the phone in the unit to call the front office but the phone did not work and never worked for the four days we stayed. She went to the front office and spoke to the gentleman that checked us in (later to find out he was the GM). He ended up coming to the room to see the iisue. He ended up taking drapes from another units and replacing them in our units plus he cleaned the sliding door track with a Mr. Clean eraser ( it was terrible). Then on Monday my contacted the front desk lady to had maintenance and housekeeping come to our room. The pillows were shown to them and they smelled of smoke and mold was in the bathroom vent and ceiling. The housekeeper and maintenance person was outstanding in doing follow-up to make sure thing got taken care of. We ended up leaving mid-week due to hurricane Helene heading that direction. Would love to go back to Pensacola in the future but would not stay here.

I own a timeshare there. It has always been clean and well maintained. No bugs, bad smells, dirty sheets, carpet stains, stains on walls or in the bathrooms, or other things that people complain about in hotels. The people upstairs must have had kids tho, that ran across the floor over and over again. Beach is right across the street. Kids beach is about 500 feet away. Plenty of food nearby.

Unit was very clean. 8 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. I look forward to returning some day.
