Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:As soon as an issue arises, please bring it to our attention so we may address it in a timely manner..Beach towels are provided. Fun in the sun!
This property was exactly what we needed for our 38th wedding anniversary trip. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location for all amenities and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Cute Convenient Condo
My family stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, the owners were excellent communicators and very accommodating. The location was perfect and the unit was quiet. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Week vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Check-in was a breeze. There was an issue with the water that ended up being island wide but communication with the hosts was super quick. The condo had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra beach towels for visits to the pool. We loved everything about this trip and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to make great memories!
The condo was clean and exactly as described. Condo is close walk to the beach close to the pool.Our kids loved playing the board games that were in the condo, and we (the adults) loved sitting on the balcony. We had a great week and would love to go back soon!

Amazing experience
The condo was exactly as listed. It very clean. My family and I spent 2 weeks and felt right at home. Everything you could need was available. When we arrived we messaged the owners for a few minor things we needed (extra towels) and got a response immediately. They brought them over in a short time. We loved it so much we booked for another 2 weeks for next year before we even left!

Amazing location
The location is mins from the beach a small walk. The place was very very clean and beautiful overall . The hosts honestly thought of everything to make it feel home away from home. The smalls details. You have everything you need. The kids loved the bunk beds. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The use of the space was so thoughtfully thought through to maximize it. The host are amazing very responsive and welcoming. I was able to even extend my stay and the host did everything to make the possible last minute. I will be booking this again in the future.
